There's not much TO say. Mono-types aren't generally viable, and Normal isn't one of the better ones. I recommend Blissey over Cinccino (Staraptor and Snorlax have that covered). Blissey can provide Wish and Heal Bell support, plus Rocks if you like. Snorlax in particular would like that.

^If you're playing CAP Revenankh It's not really creative, but running Ice Beam on Slowbro is pretty handy for the Dragons that come in expecting a Psychic at worst.
