Welcome to week 1 of scRUb league, where the worst of worst show off their lower ladder strats and amazing choking ability. As a general note, all decisions, whether good or bad, made by the hosts, myself, complete legitimacy, and passion, are final. The deadline is September 23rd 2015.

As a note to all players: IF YOU WIN YOUR MATCH, YOU MUST SAVE AND POST YOUR REPLAY. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR MATCH BEING DECLARED VOID. THANK YOU.

ORAS tier changes

Level 80 Primal Groudon is now RU, Swagger is unbanned, and Speed Boost Blaziken and Protean Greninja are banned, but Torrent Greninja and Blaze Blaziken are not, making them RU.

In short, four new additions to RU:

-Level 80 Primal Groudon
-Torrent Greninja
-Blaze Blaziken
-Swagger

XY tier changes

The first decision applied to ORAS only for those unaware. The changes below will apply to XY.

Punchshroom clause is now in effect: Level 77 Arceus Bug is now in XY RU
Mikedawg clause is now in effect: Bright Powder, Confuse Ray, Acupressure, and Lax incense are banned in XY RU
In order to make Moltres less retarded in this meta, normal Aerodactyl, normal Diancie, and Milotic are now in XY RU
Level 75 Xerneas is also unbanned in XY RU; Geomany is banned on it, however

BW tier changes

Druddigon is now banned in BW RU. Level 71 Kyurem-W is now in BW RU, but must be named MEGA BIG CHILL or all those who use it automatically lose their match.
