I'm currently running this Galvantula

Timid (+Sp.Atk, -Atk)
6 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Speed
-Thunder
-Bug Buzz
-Energy Ball
-Volt Switch
I love the power this thing has. Thunder is great, and hardly every misses. The problem with this spider is it can't handle a single hit. I'm wondering which item I should run on this, Life Orb or Focus Sash? If I ran Focus Sash, I would of course have a Rapid Spinner on my team.
With Life Orb, I could get x1.3 with one attack but then possibly be killed by the next attack if the x1.3 isn't enough to kill the other Pokemon (and 10% self-damage doesn't help too much either). Would it be better to ensure 2 attack using Focus Sash, or would the boost from LO be enough? Also, I don't have HP Ice/Ground on this because it is in an game Galvantula and I don't breed for HP.
I think with Life Orb he would be a great game-ender, what do you guys think?

You shouldnt keep him in on things he cant kill with those deffences....he realy needs entry hazzards to net those OHKO's.
