By "topmost cave" do you mean the one with two stairs going down and one exit? If you exit, you go north to the Pokemon League. There are no NPCs there and there are wild mons. I've got 5 mons in my party including a SSer.

ID I can tell ya, SID, not sure (Datel still hasn't released the B/W Fix yet for any US ARs). I did catch a random shiny if that helps at all. (Oh, duh, I can probably trade to someone with a "working code" and have them tell me.)
Silly phone won't let me answer long PMs. That's a serious nagging fear I've had. We're heading out to the mall, then church later, but later this evening I'll do exactly that.
It's a shame that we have to look into the RAM in order to contribute, but oh well. I'll keep hatching to free up space in the boxes and see if any egg comes out shiny and somewhat usable.
BTW, I have a lot of new breeds, like a 26/0/31/31/31/31 Denchuru. It took a lot of patience to get something like that. It also has Compound Eyes, I checked.

Were you able to test if the season effects the way the rng is effected by other variables?
Or is it because my post was more theory than research-able fact?

Has their been any research conducted for the move Troll? I checked the research thread and couldn't find it anywhere; it's the 65 bp move that "boosts power the more Pokemon that know the move".
hey do you think turning on bicycle and turning off advances the frame somehow? or maybe seed? because i'm just randomly spamming it and i'm getting pretty good ivs. i hope i was of help

Alright, I'll probably be giving credits until BW come out in America since I have no way to transfer clones yet. I'll be sending you my save file with my BW breeds later.
I used to settle for awful IVs, BTW. It's why I asked; but I didn't have an all-31 Ditto back in the day.
Until the RNG is cracked, I'll have to keep non-perfect breeds.

I'm having a hell of a time finding consecutive leveled ones. But atleast I got numbers to prove that lower leveled pokémon gain more. The only thing is to figure out the algorithm
