There's a couple other uses, as crits also ignore your own lowered stats (like from spamming Draco Meteor or Leaf Storm for example).it's nifty but it simply won't be viable. You're essentially getting +1 attack or sATK for one turn. It really should give the user 100% crit rate for a handful of turns.
