RU has changed quite a bit since the release of ORAS. Many iconic XY Pokemon have risen up through usage, or were flat out banned. Now's the time to use them once again, or for some, to try them out in RU for the first time.
What is this tour?
This is a standard XY RU tour with no special clauses. All ranked XY RU pokemon can be found below:
This tour will be a best of one, single elimination. If you lose, you're out.

Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep
Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
Moody Clause: Moody is banned
Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
Endless Battle Clause: Forcing endless battles is banned
HP Percentage Mod: HP is shown in percentages
Evasion Abilities Clause: Evasion abilities are banned
Baton Pass Clause: Limit one Baton Passer, can't pass Spe and other stats simultaneously
Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
Moody Clause: Moody is banned
Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
