Considering Wynaut's far lower stats as compared to Wobbuffet, it seems to me that it may be an interesting addition to OU, mainly as a wall-breaker as it cannot take any powerful hit. If it gets too deadly (ahem Magnezone and Skarmory) people can always put Shed Shells on their wall. Shed Shell hasn't really made Skarmory useless, has it? I'm sure Bliss could live with it.
I know that should it switch on a non shed-shelled wall, many are saying that with Encore + Tickle it could be deadly.
