What is the Pokemon your avatar defaults to when you don’t put one in?

Mine is currently Slowpoke. It should become something new if I get name changed to dawnbuster.

holly I would have assumed it was tied to the user ID in some way, and a name change wouldn't do anything, but is it actually related to a name change or any other pattern you've noticed? I thought it only changed when the forum was updated to a new xf version or something.

can confirm it changes w/ a name change -- i went from grotle to oddish

it used to be this on one of the older forum versions, i remember checking by incrementing user numbers and confirming that consecutive users had consecutive dex number default avatars


mine used to be celebi! but it changed to exploud in 2018…
