What country would you be a hobo in?

As simple as the title says: where would you be a hobo? The rules: you are not a mentally deranged hobo, you are a hobo in a part of the chosen country that has hobos (ex no rural Zimbabwe hobos), and you become ethnically in line with the homeless population of the country you choose.

I’d probably pick an island nation with a good climate like New Zealand or Bermuda.

i would want to be a hobo near one of the smogoff mods houses and then I could harass them on their walks around their neighborhood while they think "the council should really do something about this". (they would not give me food they are bad people)
