I realise, this has been abandoned for some time, so apologies for the necromancy.

After playing more with Togekiss and trying out defensive sets again, I think all the sets could at least optionally use the 52 EVs from the third sets. Rotom-W tends to carry no other electric move than Volt Switch, and as recovery is mandatory on these sets, it helps to Roost before Rotom hits you (and it only does 20% or so while you're grounded).

Togekiss gets a wide variety of support moves like Wish, Defog, Heal Bell, Tailwind, even Baton Pass (but Celebi does the last one better), which are worth mentioning somewhere. Obviously it can fit only one or at most two of these at once though, because its 4msm is pretty bad. Has anyone tried out a cleric- or support-set?
