Do you have an EV trained version of your Manectric? And is there a specific reason you went with hasty over timid?

Not yet, hasty for a mixed manectric, I was thinking the moveset would be crunch,thunder wave,thunderbolt, and flamethrower, but Im going to go for a timid one with hidden power,flame thrower,thunderbolt and last move is undecided. What ev spread should manectric have?
