Edit: tlenit vs TioDragonite shall not be extended. Even tho TioDragonite did have some net issues for the rescheduled time missing the first scheduled time like that does make it a very strong case for activity in tlenit favor. Shall be overturned for an activity call. Unfortunate since I can relate to network issues but cant be too soft around here.
