If we get a specific color can we use a pokemon in its shiny form to fit that color requirement? For example, if I made a Red team could I use shiny Gyrados even though it is not red in its normal state? Thanks!

Nope, only normal pokemon colours work, just like the monocolour tier in PO
BTW, I will list a list of pokes with every PM, for everyone don't ask more questions like these, though if you want to ask questions about the mechanics of the tourney feel free
