Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Gooey
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 HP / 252 SDef

Alomomola @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk

EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Brave Nature

I think the strategies are pretty much self explanatory. I usually like to make it so that no two Pokemon have the same type. All-in-all, I like all of the pokemon in the team and I've won a lot of battles with them and I think this is a good team.

First off, your lucky a mod didnt see this. You must have 3 lines of description explaining why you have each Pokemon. For example, Malamar could have "Although Malamar is NU, my main reason for using it is for Topsy Turvy which help against set up sweepers who wreck my team. Superpower gets the Contrary boost while Night Slash and Psycho Cut are STAB. The EVs are straightforward because Malamar is slow so speed investment is unnecessary. Max attack and Adamant nature allow it to boost it's attack as high as it can while max HP let's it survive hits from sweepers and wallbreakers. Leftovers keep it alive while it boosts defense with it's main move. Although Malamar is NU, do not underestimate its power."

Okay, now to help.

Aegislash - He really needs his Leftover recovery so change Leftovers > Black Belt.
Heracross - Good.
Malamar - Malamar doesn't exactly fit onto this team. It needs to change into something viable in OU that will play a similar role. Assault Vest Conkeldurr does just that.

Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
- Mach Punch

Goodra - Nothing wrong with this.
Alomomola - Works surprisingly well in OU.
Avalugg - Avalugg is another on of those Pokemon that just don't fit onto this team. A good replacement that's similar could be Mamoswine.

Mamoswine Set

Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Icicle Crash
- Stone Edge
