Do you really actually think this is particularly morally dubious in any way? (not a rhetorical question I mention this because I saw someone talking about this when some twitch streamer predicted the exact day Betty White will die). We comment on celebrity's deaths all the time. It's not a celebration and is obviously inevitable.
