Mawile-Mega @ Mawilite
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off / Thunder Punch

SM OU is known to house many behemoths, but Mega Mawile might be the scariest of them all. Its stats may not look like much, but with Huge Power and a Swords Dance boost, Mega Mawile can unleash vicious hits against even the tier's sturdiest walls like Ferrothorn and Toxapex. You may worry when you see its crippling Speed, but fear not, as Sucker Punch patches that up pretty well and scares almost anything that attempts to revenge kill Mega Mawile. Knock Off provides great neutral coverage, particularly against Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Heatran. Alternatively, Thunder Punch can chip away at Toxapex and Skarmory much more efficiently. 164 Speed EVs let Mega Mawile outspeed Skarmory. It might seem like Mega Mawile has no checks or counters, but it does have trouble getting past certain targets like Landorus-T, Mega Scizor, and Gliscor if not played correctly. It also doesn't appreciate revenge killers, particularly those that resist Sucker Punch, like Ash-Greninja and Tapu Koko. Tapu Bulu and Tangrowth can help remedy this and are able to beat Ground-types like Landorus-T and Garchomp.

SM OU is known to house many behemoths, but Mega Mawile can be praised as the most might be the scariest out of them all. Its stats may not look like much, (AC) but when its attack is powered by with Huge Power and a Swords Dance boost, it can unleash vicious hits against even the tier's sturdiest walls like Ferrothorn and Toxapex. You may worry when you see its crippling speed Speed, but fear not, as Sucker Punch can help patch that up pretty well, being able to scare almost anything that attempts to revenge-(RH)kill it Mega Mawile. Knock Off is a provides great neutral attack and can work in coverage, particularly against bothering Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Heatran. Alternatively, Thunder Punch can also prove its worth, being able to chip into away at (subjective change) Toxapex and Skarmory much more efficiently, but at the cost of losing a neutral option against the aforementioned Steel-types. It also runs 164 Speed EVs are enough to ensure outspeed Skarmory doesn't have any room to breathe. It might seem like Mega Mawile has no enemies checks or counters, but it does have trouble getting past certain targets like Landorus-T, Mega Scizor, (AC) and Gliscor if not played right correctly. It also doesn't appreciate fears (subjective change) revenge killers, particularly those that resist Sucker Punch like Ash-Greninja and Tapu Koko who can resist its Sucker Punch and kill it back quite well. Tapu Bulu and Tangrowth can work well as teammates to (subjective change; a little less wordy) cover these two, along with helping out against troubling and beat Ground-types like Landorus-T and Garchomp.
