Flare Blitz gives you a 100% accurac and slightly morgen damage (about 0,5%-1,7%) whole having the downside of giving you 30% recoil damage.

Insofar as I'm aware, in Gen VII, the following is true:
1. Alola form parents breed Alola form children
2. Non-Alola form parents will breed Alola form children
3. If the Non-Alola form parent holds an Everstone, then and only then will the children be Non-Alola form
I do have a Shiny 31/31/31/x/31/31 Jolly Ponyta with required Egg Moves in Repeat Ball
and a slightly imperfect Shiny Mild Nest Ball Protean Kecleon (31/31/31/30/31/31)
Life Orb looks good, but I would try to avoid Flare Blitz then because that will wear you down extremely fast
