Northeast will carry over the history of East. These regions help address the fact there's only 3 primary signups for US West. With just US East, it'd essentially be 1 US A team, with a US B team from the leftovers. Two of these regions might be able to combine with each other, or one go it alone while the rest of the US merges together.
