Meh...I don't think this will solve anything, people are going to do whatever they want and not read this. Anyway people with good rmt's already follow as suit like this; I really don't think it was needed or be helpful.

Somebody should pin this to make sure that people follow this format strictly, it could help reduce 3 new teams from being posted from one user in a week.

The last part is already in the announcement (in greater detail) and the first part is basically common sense. *shrugs*
Also, EVs aren't really needed at this point since they will most likely change when people play the actual game.
