EDIT: Not got my DS with me right now but I know I do have a Kalos bred 31/0/31/31/31/31 Modest Sniper Horsea in a Luxury Ball (no egg moves) which I notice you don't have. (That's pretty much the only good thing I have to offer though).

Sure thing! I don't actually have one of those shiny, but it won't take me too long to whip up an egg with the correct spread and get it hatched by someone with the right SV.
