Timid. Btw, Suicune is already EVed. 252 Def, 240 HP to reach 205 HP at lvl 50 (unbreakable subs and odd number), has 12 Speed to reach 107 and outspeed uninvested Rotom-W and 4 points left in Sp.Def. Hope it won't be a problem.

ha dive tentacool with rapid spin, haze, confuse ray and mirror coat
