i think it's my right to claim act since my opponent didn't let me know they would experience daylight savings this week nor had i even had any way of finding out on my own that my opponent was from the usa. i was there at the scheduled time of 2pm -5 gmt (which is the timezone my opponent told me they are) i'm still happy to play if my opponent can find the time, but otherwise i'm claiming act myself
opponent says to be here at 9pm gmt +1, but he wrote me 1 hour before (8 pm, I was eating), I think he misscalculated something, I would like to call act
