[OVERVIEW]
Outclassed as a sweeper by clampearl and omanyte. Has decent bulk and attack stat but mediocre speed. Also has a decent special and physical move pools. But it is still inferior to other water types.

Moves
========

Aqua tail is mudkip's best physical STAB move. waterfall is mudkip's most accurate water type move. rock slide is for coverage on fletchling and other flying types.rock tomb is an alternative for its speed drop. superpower is for coverage on steel types like pawniard and magnemite. barrier adds more defensive bulk. curse gets the benifits of the attack raise but lowers speed. counter is for taking out physical attackers.
Set Details
========

The EVs in attack maximizes mudkip attack to 17. The EVs in both defenses gives it enough bulk to handle common threats in lc. The EVs also allows mudkip to switch in on attacks that would other wise oko it. The eviolite increase its bulk even further. adamant nature helps maximize its attack to increase its offensive output.
Usage Tips
========
Mudkip is at is best when all its checks are out the way. It can come in off a slow volt or turn and take out weaned opponents. Never switch it in on knock off users like pawniard or aipom because can cripple its bulk and ko it with their STAB moves.

Team options
Fire types like ponyta and grass types like Chespin help form a fwg core. Also since mudkip is frail, hazards and web support help it better on offense.
Wish support could help it if recovery is needed.
Other options
A special move set like scald ice beam sludge wave and HP fight could be used but its special attack makes the set frail. Endeavor can replace barrier if the boost isn't needed. Yawn could also replace barrier but its inferior to endeavor but forces switches. Earth power could be ran over barrier for coverage but it slow than most electric types anyway
Checks and counters
Grass types: they wall mudkip's STAB move and can ko it with STAB moves.
Electric types: electric types like elekid and magnemite give mudkip problems.
Resistors: pokemon that can take mudkips moves and hit it hit hard back can also be trouble for it.

Then, wait for a moderator to edit your post saying you've been approved to write the analysis. Unfortunately Mudkip is essentially completely outclassed and has no place on any serious team, thus making it unviable. At this point, analyses for completely unviable Pokemon are not being written and I'll have to lock and move your thread.
