National Dex Mega-Pidgeot Pivot team

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some feedback on my competitive Pokemon team. I've spent some time testing and tweaking it, but I think there might be some room for improvement. I've included a brief description of each team member, their role on the team, and their set to help you better understand how they fit in. I'm hoping to get some suggestions on how I can make this team even more competitive and viable for its tier.

Billie Pidgeotish (Pidgeot) (F) @ Pidgeotite
Ability: Big Pecks
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- U-turn

Pidgeot serves as a fast special attacker and pivot on the team. Hurricane and Heat Wave provide powerful STAB/coverage options, while Hidden Power [Ground] covers 2ohkos those nasty heatrans and U-turn allows Pidgeot to pivot out and bring in another team member. pretty standard pidgeot set but being a slight bit predicatble doesn't mean it can't demolish some strong opposing pokemon also cover tapu koko's weaknesses

Tapu Kocozza (Tapu Koko) @ Life Orb
Ability: Electric Surge
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Dazzling Gleam
- Roost
- Taunt

Tapu Koko is a fast and hard-hitting special attacker that also serves as a pivot. Volt Switch and Dazzling Gleam provide STAB options, while Roost keeps Tapu Koko healthy. Taunt helps shut down opposing setup sweepers and walls that try to bulk up, so overall lots of good options to choose from when he's on the field. This mon honestly holds the team together just because of how crazy strong it is with terrain boosted volt switches halving full nemy health bars. It's also a great answer to great tusk which is usually a problem for this team.

ArianaWash (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 248 HP / 240 Def / 20 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Defog

Rotom-Wash is a bulky pivot and utility Pokemon. Volt Switch provides momentum, while Hydro Pump hits hard and Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers. Defog removes entry hazards and helps keep the team healthy which is hugely important for a pivot team. steel tera type is suprisingly good for shutting down rillabooms and avoiding grass types from taking this monster out of the game.

Beygliscor (Gliscor) (F) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 244 HP / 52 Def / 212 SpD
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- U-turn
- Roost

Gliscor is a physically defensive pivot and setup sweeper. Earthquake hits hard, Swords Dance boosts Gliscor's Attack, and U-turn allows for pivoting. Roost keeps Gliscor healthy while Poison Heal recovers crazy amounts of HP every turn. This guy cannot die and is just a great bulky asset to my team swords dance is so easily set up to sweep any teams that let their levitate or flying type pokemon die which is quite a challenge considering i have 2 different volt switches on my team.

Nickinja (Greninja) (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Battle Bond
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Water Shuriken

Greninja is a formidable special sweeper and revenge killer on this team. With its ability, Battle Bond, it can transform into Ash-Greninja after KOing an opponent and doing some more large damage to any pokemon the decide to switch in. Its set is focused on dealing as much damage as possible and getting out quickly to potentially bring Greninja back in later. Hydro Pump is its primary STAB move, while Dark Pulse provides additional coverage against Ghost- and Psychic-types. U-turn lets Greninja pivot out while dealing some damage, and Water Shuriken provides priority to pick off weakened opponents or break sashes. The Heavy-Duty Boots ensure that Greninja is not worn down by hazards, which is important given its role as a revenge killer.

Gengara Grande (Gengar) (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Cursed Body
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Destiny Bond
- Trick
- Sludge Wave

Gengar is a fast special attacker and revenge killer. Shadow Ball hits hard, while Destiny Bond can take out an opponent that would otherwise go on to sweep my team . Trick cripples opposing walls, and Sludge Wave provides additional coverage. honestly gengar was just a filler mon as I couldn't think of anything else too great. before, I was rocking a knock off sucker punch bisharp but i think this outputs much better utility and damage.
