Notable Moves:

Healing Wish
Ice Beam
Mist Ball
Psyshock
Recover
Roar
Shadow Ball

Stored Power
Tera Blast
Thunder
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave

Weather Ball

Pros:
- Great speed and special bulk give Latias ample switchin opportunities to fire off powerful STAB moves
- Levitate and a great defensive typing assist Latias in fulfilling a minor pivot role for offense teams
- Healing Wish is one of the most effective offense tools available and makes Latias a great partner for setup mons like ID Zamazenta and Terapagos (who benefits from refreshing Tera Shell)
- Mist Ball is a stronger psychic STAB. (Mist Ball has been buffed to 50% 1 Stage SpAtk Drop)
- Levitate provides innate spikes immunity, freeing up an item slot on Bootspam teams.

Cons:
- Latias is weaker than her blue twin.
- Her STAB combination leaves her walled by Kingambit, so Aura Sphere is near necessary.
- Soul Dew has yet to be released, but will significantly impact the play of the Lati twins.

Potential Sets:

Choiced Attacker
Latias @ Choice Scarf / Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Mist Ball
- Aura Sphere
- Healing Wish

This will likely be the main way Latias takes advantage of Healing Wish.

Stored Power Attacker
Latias @ Mental Herb
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stored Power
- Aura Sphere
- Calm Mind
- Recover

Mental Herb gives Latias the ability to set up in the face of Encore/Taunt Pokemon and fire back with a boosted Stored Power/Aura Sphere. Her main advantage over a Pokemon like Cresselia is her speed, but she also can grab setup opportunities with the useful resistances from her Dragon typing.

Feel like double dance sets should get a mention with new access of Draining Kiss to her movepool, Tera on this mon is devastating once she gets going!

Not even a mention of it gaining the most cancerous move ever invented, aka Draining Kiss? Looks pure hell to face that after CM and Tera Fairy, could even not use Recover and just use Aura Sphere for Gambit.

There is terra electric set with zero weaknesses it can abuse with a bulky cm set with boltbeam for coverage with it's reliable recovery too.

Latias is the better twin in terms of design and I will never change that view of things. Anyway I think tera poison and stored power can be a set with merit, similar to Cresselia
