SS OU Help With My First Team Plz

I made a team but Kyurem got banned the next day so I made a new team. I won't use Landorus-T but any other suggestions would be appreciated since I’m not that good.

:dp/garchomp:
Nom Nom (Garchomp) @ Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Scale Shot
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake

Swords dance garchomp is the physical setup sweeper and stealth rock setter. Once checks like weavile, buzzwole, and corviknight are dealt with you have an easy sweep. Electric immunity is very good for forcing switches. Leftovers heals chip damage or lum berry cures toxic poison or burns.

:bw/volcarona:
Going Viral (Volcarona) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 248 HP / 172 Def / 88 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Quiver Dance
- Psychic
- Giga Drain

Volcarona is the special sweeper with 3 attacks and the almighty quiver dance. Flamethrower is flamethrower, psychic for toxapex, urshifu, and hawlucha if you outspeed, and giga drain ohkos swampert and while chunking fini, gastrodon, crawdaunt, and quagsire + recovery. It has a lot of defense investment to tank knock off and earthquake better.

:rb/mew:
Meow (Mew) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Cosmic Power
- Stored Power
- Soft-Boiled
- Taunt

Cosmic power taunt mew is fair and balanced. Just get rid of all dark types for a late game wincon. Can also be used to scout choice-locked pokemon and gain momentum off them. A stall team without tyranitar/mandibuzz/shedinja is basically a free win.

:sm/melmetal:
Captain Falcon (Melmetal) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 128 HP / 128 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 21 Spe
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Double Iron Bash

Assault vest melmetal is very bulky, tanking several hits and even a few super-effective ones. Its the primary counter to scarf tapu lele which can shred most of the team. I put specific speed to go before marowak-alola in trick room but standard av melm also works.

:dp/rotom-wash:
Spin Cycle (Rotom-Wash) @ Wiki Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Defog
- Will-O-Wisp

Rotom-W is the defogger and defensive pivot of the team. I like it because it matches up decently against the primary stealth rockers and pelipper. Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers except for victini, and can also hit rillaboom/kartana on the switch. Defog can even lower evasion so will-o-wisp and hydro pump don’t miss. It also baits in defiant users so you can predict a switch and burn them instead.

:ss/obstagoon:
J3BA1T3D (Obstagoon) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Close Combat
- Parting Shot
- Switcheroo

I realized the team was kind of slow and I wanted a good way to deal with specs dragapult and scarf blacephalon. Defiant scarf obstagoon is the last thing most opponents will expect, making it a great choice. It can be led against Landorus-T to hit it with +1 knock off (which can 2hko offensive variants) and switch into defog attempts to get to +2 attack. Close combat gets rid of dark types that prevent mew from sweeping as well as taking a surprise revenge kill on weavile. Parting shot is great for pivoting a sweeper into a weakened opponent while switcheroo disables defensive pokemon.

It says at the bottom my melmetal underspeeds min speed alolan marowak to move before it in trick room but I guess you could use the regular smogon set to move before toxapex
Oh, that's actually kind if neat if you don't need to outspeed pex. If that's what you're going for, than maybe use a -speed nature, don't remember what sassy does.
