Format of tour: This is a 10-11 day showdown between team USA and team Everyone Else. Eligibility will be based on World Cup for people that played in it.

Depending on signups, the tour may be expanded to more tiers to allow more players to participate. There will be two potential expansions if so:

+1 GSC Ubers
+1 GSC UU
+1 GSC LC
+1 Substitute Slot (25 total players, 18 Starting Slots)
Expansion Tiers 2 (only by agreement of Captains after Expansion 1 already implemented + signups permitting):
+1 Bo5 OU/Ubers/UU/NU/PU Captains faceoff
+1 GSC Monotype
+1 GSC UUBL
+1 GSC PU
+1 Substitute slot (30 total players, 22 Starting Slots)
There MIGHT be further expansions if necessary if this blows up out of control and these can be determined later during signups.
Eligibility is based off of WC rules
If a player has IPs to prove that they spend extended periods of time in multiple regions within the past 12 months (e.g. students who attend university in one region and live in another), they can apply to join the team associated with either region. TDs will review this on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for the rejected team will be forfeited.
As a reminder, hosts and TDs reserve the right to reject any player they deem to be insufficiently eligible. An example of this would be a player whose IP drastically changes shortly before the start of the tournament.
