Evos for Everyone (Slate 21- Keep it Simple)

Original Pokemon Name: Tapu Bulu
New Pokemon Name: Anu Pipi (literally "Cool Cow", instead of "Sacred Bull"
Type:
Grass / Fairy
Ability:
Grassy Surge
Stats:
60 / 80 / 50 / 30 / 40 / 50 | 315 BST
Removed Moves:
Swords Dance, Nature's Madness, Megahorn
Competitive Niche (LC):
I wanted to bring a terrain to LC, so i decided to give Anu Pipi that ability at the cost of mediocre speed and only decent bulk. It fulfills the same role as Tapu Bulu, giving a defensive glue to most teams and boosting the viability of already good mons like Mareanie and Pawniard. It can use Bulk Up to set up, but loses swords dance.

Original Pokemon Name: Stantler

New Pokemon Name: Antleye (Antler + eye)
Type:
Normal/Psychic
Ability:
Intimidate/Tinted Lens/Sap Sipper
Stats:
83 (+ 10)/110 (+ 15)/67 (+ 5)/100 ( + 15)/75 (+ 10)/100 (+ 15)
New Moves:
Hyper Beam, Psychic Terrain, Psywave, Confusion, Foresight, Future Sight
Competitive Niche (LC or OU):
Probably best as a setup sweeper that can go mixed. None of its stats are particularly huge, but two of its abilities can help with setup opportunities and the third means resists won’t protect you from its onslaught once it gets going. Setting Psychic Terrain will not only boost a STAB, but protect it from Sucker Punch too.

Original Pokemon Name: Torkoal
New Pokemon Name:
Chelonoven (Chelonian + oven)
Type:
Fire/Rock
Ability:
Steam Engine*/Drought/Solid Rock (Steam Engine: Water type clone of Motor Drive)
Stats:
80 (+ 10)/90 (+ 5)/155 (+ 15)/100 (+ 15)/85 (+ 15)/25 (+ 5)
New Moves:
Ancient Power, Rock Polish, Rollout, Scald
Competitive Niche (LC or OU):
A physical wall or defensive Sun Setter, depending on what you need. Also, the second fire type to get scald. Watch out for Earth Power though.

Original Pokemon Name: Tapu Bulu
New Pokemon Name:
Olu Fola (‘olu’olu is Hawaiian for “nice” and Fola is from “foal”)
Type:
Grass/Fairy
Ability:
Grassy Surge/Fairy Aura
Stats:
35 (- 25)/95 (- 25)/80 (- 25)/50 (- 25)/60 (- 25)/35 (- 20)
Removed Moves:
Brutal Swing, Giga Impact, Horn Leech, Megahorn, Smart Strike, Swords Dance, Superpower,
Competitive Niche (LC or OU):
That attack stat is still very big but its slow, has low HP and has lost a lot of its best moves. Probably best as a physical wallbreaker.

Original Pokemon Name: Tapu Bulu
New Pokemon Name: Hauma Bulu (Hauma is short for Haumana, Hawaiian for Student)
Type: Grass
Ability:
Grassy Surge / Telepathy
Stats: 35 (-35) / 95 (-35) / 80 (-35) / 50 (-35) / 60 (-35) / 40 (-35)
Removed Moves: Nature's Madness, Superpower, Stone Edge, Focus Blast, Dazzling Gleam, (Should I remove Wood Hammer? I'm debating this)
Competitive Niche (LC or OU):

Original Pokemon: Torkoal
New Pokemon Name: Magmapagos (Magma + Galapagos island)
Type:

New Moves:
Scald, Rain Dance, Water Sprout, Ocean Breath (Strenght Sap clone for special attack)
Ability: White Smoke, Drought, Island Drift (Flash Fire clone: Absorbs ground moves and gives a boost to water moves)
Stats: 90 / 80 / 145 / 90 / 105 / 15 (BST: 530)
Competitive Niche: A wall. A really big wall. It has the same options as it's pre-evo in Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, Drought and even Shell Smash, and it has new toy with a way better double-typing, new STABs, recovery and a new immunity.

Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor
> Evolves into Antintler after defeating another Stantler.
Original Pokemon Name: Stantler
New Pokemon Name: Antintler (Anti + Antler)
Type:

Ability: Intimidate / Psyche Out* | Pixie Shield*
(Psyche Out: Intimidate Clone; Reduce opponents' SpA by one stage upon switch-in.)
(Pixie Shield: This Pokemon is immune to Fairy-type moves and gains +1 Atk if targeted by one.)
Stats: 83 / 125 / 72 / 85 / 75 / 115 | BST: 555
Move Additions: Swords Dance, High Jump Kick, Brick Break, Knock Off, Iron Head, Horn Leech
Competitive Niche (OU): Wall-breaker or set-up sweeper who can play mind game against the opponent; Intimidate or Psyche Out to reduce sweeping, or Pixie Shield to mess up with Fairy-type that lacked Psychic-type moves. Horn Leech is just flavorful but will help deal with Water-type threats like Greninja-Ash and Mega Swampert.

> Evolves into Torkmog at level 35 with the move Smog.
Original Pokemon Name: Torkoal
New Pokemon Name: Torkmog (Torkoal + Smog)
Type:

Ability: Iron Barb / Drought | Tremorproof Feet*
(Tremorproof Feet: This Pokemon is immune to Ground-type moves and gains +1 Speed if targeted by one.)
Stats: 80 / 85 / 150 / 100 / 80 / 55 | BST: 550
Move Additions: Hot Steam*, Energy Ball, Recover, Taunt
(Hot Steam: Fire-type Scald Clone: 80 BP and 30% to inflict burn.)
Competitive Niche (OU): Physical wall or set-up sweeper, Torkmog will be a solid troublemaker once you make sure that Stealth Rocks in not on your field. Although a double weakness to Ground can be crippling and three normal weaknesses, it got three whopping double resistances and five useful resistances, and Tremorproof Feet get rid of any fear of Ground-type threats (except Mold Breaker Excadrill) and coverage attacks. Energy Ball is so that you got something to deal with Rock, Water and Ground that are vulnerable to Grass when you have to give up Drought for another Ability.
============
> Evolves into Torkmoss at level 35 without the move Smog.
Original Pokemon Name: Torkoal
New Pokemon Name: Torkmoss (Torkoal + moss)
Type:

Ability: Chlorophyll / Drought | Poison Heal
Stats: 80 / 100 / 80 / 85 / 150 / 55 | BST: 550
Move Additions: Solar Blade, Power Whip, Recover, Flare Blitz
Competitive Niche (OU): Troublesome Special Wall with constant recovery with Poison Heal and Recover, or Physical Set-up sweeper with Solar Blade (or Power Whip if you don't run Drought and have Chlorophyll instead). It helps that unlike most Chlorophyll users, Torkmoss is neutral to Fire-type thus only takes 1.5x more damage from Fire-type moves does to Sun boost instead of being crippled even further.

+ Water Stone
Original Pokemon: Torkoal
New Pokemon Name: Magmapagos (Magma + Galapagos island)
Type:

New Moves:
Scald, Rain Dance, Water Sprout, Ocean Breath (Sap sipper clone for special attack)
Ability: White Smoke, Drought, Island Drift (Flash Fire clone: Absorbs ground moves and gives a boost to water moves)
Stats: 90 / 80 / 145 / 90 / 105 / 15 (BST: 530)

By Sap Sipper I think you mean Strength Sap. We all get it mixed up

Stantler evolves into Raindeer in the Wetlands
Original Pokemon Name: Stantler
New Pokemon Name: Raindeer (figure it out)
Type: Normal/Water
Abilities: Intimidate/Swift Swim (Sap Sipper)
Stats: 83/95/82/105/70/115 (550)
New Moves: Surf, Scald, Waterfall, Aqua Jet, Hydro Pump, Hyper Beam (Stantler doesn't get this!)
Competitive Niche: It's really supposed to have Drizzle, but limitations hold it back. Otherwise, it's a fast Rain striker, although if Setup is your game, best of luck with Calm Mind... or Curse if you dare. In rain, it has Thunder!

Stantler evolves into Elksun in the Hotlands
Original Pokemon Name: Stantler
New Pokemon Name: Elksun (Elk... sun??? No idea really.)
Type: Normal/Fire
Abilities: Chlorophyll/Dry Skin (Sheer Force)
Stats: 88/115/62/95/85/105 (550)
New Moves: Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Horn Leach, Hyper Beam, Flamethrower
Competitive Niche: Sun Sweeper? Or maybe just hard hitting mixed fire mon. With grass, electric and ground coverages as necessary, this thing has most of its bases covered!

Torkoal evolves into Geyseric by teaching it Steam Eruption through a special tutor and leveling it.
Original Pokemon Name: Torkoal
New Pokemon Name: Geyseric (It's Geyser but also a pun on Gaeiseric, great king of the Vandal empire!)
Type: Fire/Water
Abilities: Drought/White Smoke (Drizzle... can I do this because it already gets Drought? IF NOT DRIZZLE THEN Filter)
Stats: 110/70/145/115/100/5 (545)
New Moves: Steam Eruption, Power Gem, Waterfall, Slack Off
Competitive Niche: Trick Room's best friend? With 5 speed, it might be one of the slowest monsters with a stat total above 500 (who, unlike Shuckle, can actually hurt things). Filter's pretty dope. It lets your 110/145/105 defenses put in some serious work while your 115 SpAtk goes to town. If you lower your speed enough, a Shell Smash could still leave you slower than a lot of monsters if you want to go this sweepy route. Or you could tank with Recovery as you spread fiery and watery burns. The fact you have water moves, even in sunlight, means you can scare off fire types from coming in to wall you. Power Gem deals with most of the monsters who resist Steam Eruption/Fire Move/Earth Power (which Torkoal actually learns) coverage and works for the Water/Flying and Dragon/Flying types that otherwise resist those moves.

Updated my post with split Torkoal evolutions. Managed to come up with a completely new flavor framework ( after reading Torkoal's pokedex and realizing it's not a volcano but rather a furnace ) and yet found my way back to essentially the same submission competitively.

Dilasc I like your evolutions, but unfortunately you have to get rid of 2 of them. I don't want making lots of evolutions for a pokemon to be a thing we do because it becomes very similar to Eevee'd.
Very well, painful as it was, I have deleted some. Just understand I had no intention of doing that for all Pokemon, I just had a weather theme going there.

Original Pokemon Name: Stantler
Evolution Name: Reindaunting
Type: Normal/Ice
Abilities: Intimidate/Dazzling (HA: Christmas Spirit- Moxie clone, this Pokemon's Speed rises by one stage each time it faints an opposing Pokemon.)
Stats: 79(+6)/115(+20)/68(+6)/90(+5)/71(+6)/112(+27) BST: 535
New Moves: Swords Dance, Extremespeed, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Blizzard, Reindeer Magic (Shore Up clone; restores 1/2 HP, 2/3rds in hail)
Competitive Niche: An unpredictable Pokemon, it can run either CM BlizzBolt for hail or be a very scary Swords Dance Ekiller/sweeper. However, it is very easily revenged itself by priority and anything faster than it that resists Normal/Ice; it has to pick an ability to alleviate only one of these weaknesses, and is weak to Stealth Rock as well. Its options to break steel types are limited to the avoidable Jump Kick and Earthquake.

Stantler evolves into Reindaunting when traded holding the Cheerful Reins item.

Original Pokemon Name: Torkoal
Evolution Name: Koaltrain
Type: Fire/Rock
Abilities: Sturdy/Steam Up (Motor Drive clone --immune to Water, absorbs attacks for +1 Speed) (HA: Drought)
Stats: 70/105(+20)/120(-20)/105(+20)/70/65(+45) BST: 535
New Moves: Wild Charge, Power Gem, Flare Blitz, Recover
Competitive Niche: Shell Smash sweeper with versatile set options--it can run mixed, special, physical. It underwent a reverse of the Scyther-Scizor change so its speed tier is very scary after a Smash or even a boost from Steam Up (it hits 376.5 at Timid +1). Think SG Magearna but it's a fire/rock type, it gets recover, and you don't know which of its Atk or SpA it's using, having to make a guess based on whether it comes out with Drought or not.

Torkoal evolves into Koaltrain when traded holding the Accelerator item.

I hate to be that guy but a couple of the Torkoal evos have illegal abilities. The only immunity ability in rank 3.5 is Flash Fire; the ones that boost a stat when hit are all tier 4. Hopefully it's not too much hastle to change a Lightningrod clone into a Flash Fire clone. I'm not even going to worry about it when voting but I figured I'd point it out.

Edit: you are totally right mt0101 I guess its just the offense boosting ones.
