Technically actually, there's a universe where some scum members claim vanilla after trying to get the role from one of their teammates, but at that point that just connects them heavily

people have a habit of getting greedy with info but a fundamental sort of town play is protecting information from mafia (unless you're lying)

a lot of people will try a force claims straight away and he'll mafia figure out roles, so that they can have some info that doesn't even help them, don't buy into it unless there's a very good reason
