Cheerio!
You're allowed to use Hidden Power regardless of IVs. If this is due to the new Hyper Training feature added in Sun and Moon, this is not how Hyper Training works.

To quote Serebii: "The thing with Hyper Training is that the boost is superficial. The actual IVs of the Pokémon do not get increased, merely they give the appearance of having maximum. Due to this, the Pokémon's Hidden Power will remain the same as it always was, and the Pokémon, when bred, will not pass any maximum IVs as the Pokémon's IVs are still how they were originally."

Source: http://www.serebii.net/sunmoon/hypertraining.shtml
It should be intended for non-legendary or mythical that are not IV locked, Hyper Training will raise the IVs of the pokemon in battle, but does not affect HP. PS assumes it has the IVs for HP and that the pokemon is hyper trained so it can choose whatever HP you want with perfect IVs. But for pokemon like Ash-Greninja, it's IV locked so it can only use HP Ghost, but it can still be hyper trained to have 31 6 IV. Another example like Necrozma have a minimum of 3 perfect IV, so it cannot learn HP Fighting etc.

I think i found a bug with emergency exit (Golysopod's Ability):

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7pokebankoususpecttest-508131232

It happens on turn 17, i volt switched on golisopod and the following happened:
-- Turn 17 --
1. Volt Switch dealt damage
2. Triggered Emergency Exit
3. He switched to Toxapex
-- Turn 18 --
4. My Charizard switched in
5. Toxapex used toxic (He got a free move?)

Instead i think it should have gone:
-- Turn 17 --
1. Volt Switch dealt damage
2. Triggered Emergency Exit
3. He switched to Toxapex
4. My Charizard Switched in
-- Turn 18 --

Emergency Exit cancels U-turn's/Volt Switch's switching effect.

Edit: Happy 600th to me, I guess.

Figy berry and the like should activate when your pokemon is at or below 25%, not 50%. Or am I mistaken/missing something? See turn 1 in the replay below.

"When this Pokemon has 1/2 or less of its maximum HP, it uses certain Berries early."
One of those berries are Figy Berry and such.

Edit:

Emergency Exit cancels U-turn's/Volt Switch's switching effect.

On Turn 18, it said "The opposing Zapdos went back to Pmma!" as opposed to "Pmma withdrew Zapdos!" (e2:), indicating that the Zapdos was switched out due to Volt Switch

But that would mean charizard wouldn't switch at all, when i picked charizard, it was due the volt switch effect
Look at the replay again. At the end of turn 17, Zapdos was still in the field. You hard-switched your Charizard in at the beginning of turn 18, not via Volt Switch.

Edit: if only I could get paid being ninja'd...

Even if that's the case, it's at least a log inconsistency. See: turn 13.

Turn 13

Pmma withdrew Tapu Lele!

Pmma sent out Gastrodon!

In contrast it says on turn 18:

Turn 18

The opposing Zapdos went back to Pmma!

Pmma sent out Charizard!
Ok, i probably wasnt paying attention and hard switched, but there's still a bug with the text i believe, i tried reproducing it in client and recorded:

Video: https://streamable.com/nlbc2 (Jump to around the end, also sorry for the quality i forgot to crank it up a notch)

Dazzling is not supposed to block stealth rock, even from prankster.
"Dazzling prevents opponents on the field from affecting the user and its allies with priority moves, including moves boosted by Prankster, Gale Wings or Triage. If an opponent attempts to use a priority move against a Pokémon with Dazzling, the text "[Pokémon] cannot use [Move]!" will appear."
From bulbapedia, it says it does affect pokemon with Prankster.

Edit: Oh rip yeah it only affects targeting moves[/Move]

It affects prankster, yes, but not stealth rock. Stealth rock isn't targeted.

Sheer Cold shouldn't work on ice types as seen in the first battle. We couldn't get it to work in the second battle. Maybe it had something to do with the accuracy buffs?

Turn 7, Harvest gives me back a Leppa Berry but it doesn't restore PP, despite me having 3 moves with 0 PP. Is this a bug or just one of those things?
Leppa only works on the last used move, or to put it another way, when you lower below a threshold leppa activates. So if you get a Leppa while you have 0 pp in a move it won't activate... I'm pretty sure, a second person confirming it works this way on cartridge would be nice.

The first battle was gen 6.

Z-Happy Hour doesn't raise all stats appropriately on Contrary users (Malamar being the only overlap), when in-game the stat raise nullifies the ability. Forced it onto a Lurantis to take a screenshot.

EDIT: The Accuracy boost was from me getting Mud Slapped by a Mudbray, lol

Sorry if I'm being dumb, but shouldn't Shadow Sneak (turn 3) have been blocked by Psychic Terrain?

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7pokebankdoublesou-508744040

I couldn't find anything about this interaction on bulbapedia, but maybe I'm not looking in the right places. Will try to recreate this.
Flying/Levitating Pokemon lose the benefits from Psychic terrain. So since Landorus is a Flying type, it doesn't get the immunity to Priority moves that Psychic terrain gives to Grounded Pokemon.

Edit 1: some grammar change

Edit 2: Just so you know, there's a list of Known Bugs and Not Bugs in the second post of this thread. I suggest that you take a look at that, and/or test how the mechanics work in-game for yourself before reporting bugs.
