One wouldn't think that Audino, even Mega Audino, could provide more bulk overall in a metagame that has a vast majority of hard hitters. However, I have seen time and time again that it can actually save normal from a variety of match-ups that one would think is one-sided given the threats normal does have to deal with unfortunately. The set provided is a basic bulky calm mind setup set. Mega Audino already has a pretty defensive core behind her bulk with Chansey or Blissey as the respected normal Sp Def wall, Porygon2 Eviolite sets that can change depending on what bulk you need over the other given the respected Defense and Sp Defense side, and Intimidate Staraptor that helps against hazards and overall lowers Attack for Audino to come in and take hits with. Dazzling Gleam over Draining Kiss provides a bit more damage overall with its already raised Sp Atk, However, if you prefer a bit more longevity opt to run Draining Kiss. Against Fighting; Audino can handle its own against the typical hazard setting status setting cobalion, even taking almost as low as 30.7 - 36.5% from its Iron Head alone. Now flinches will come into tact but typically it can out-heal the damage without the added RNG factor. It can check threats such as buzzwole, heracross, great tusk, and even iron valiant with added calm minds to its Sp Def. Normal can actually put up more of a brawl against fighting mu's with Mega Audino on the field, and the dragon match-up while getting rid of pesky threats such as Goodra-Hisuian and Dragalge can be turned around in a matter of moments with the calm mind setup. One could also opt to lower some of its defense a tad bit and add some EVs to its Sp Def just for added bulk. If you prefer more bulk on normal, try out this Audino set!
