Overview

""Abomasnow's noticeably low Speed forces it to only function in Trick Room. It is one of the best Amoonguss counters, since it is immune to Spore, and also functions as a very good rain check, thanks to Snow Warning to summon hail and provide 100% accurate Blizzards. Abomasnow's typing gives a very handy Ice-type STAB and resistances to common Electric-, Ground- and Water-type moves. Additionally, Mega Abomasnow has respectable bulk, great mixed offensive stats, and it outslows everything relevant except for Ferrothorn and a tie with Amoonguss — to make him the fastest Mega Pokemon under Trick Room. Unfortunately, this means that Abomasnow is handicapped without its Trick Room.""

""Additionally, Abomasnow's typing is a double-edged sword: with handy resistances and powerful STAB comes a whooping 7 weaknesses, including to common Fire-, Fighting- and Steel-type attacks. Abomasnow is unable to get past most Steel- and Fire-types, even with coverage moves. Furthermore, hail only lasts 5 turns, which can be stalled out and limits the amount of time that a 100% accurate Blizzard can be used. Finally, the introduction of many powerful threats to the XY metagame makes it difficult to keep Abomasnow alive, making his natural bulk somewhat insignificant at times.""

I'm not really fond on the way you worded this.

Abomasnow's noticeably low Speed restricts it to only function well in Trick Room, and where most Trick Room teams struggle mightily against Amoonguss, it acts as one of the best counters to it. Abomasnow's unique combination of typing give it an immunity to spore, resistances to common attacking types such as Electric-, Ground-, and Water, and gives it a pair of very threatening STABs. This in combination with Mega Abomasnow's respectable bulk, great mixed offensive stats, and the fact it's the slowest mega make it a very threatening Pokemon while Trick Room is up.

Additionally, it should be mentioned that Abomasnow's typing acts as a double-edged sword: with good resistances and powerful STAB comes a plethora of weaknesses, including the most common attacking types such as Fire-, Fighting- and Steel-types. Additionally Abomasnow is unable to get past more Steel- and Fire-types, even with coverage moves. Furthermore, the new mechanics Gen 6 brought us reduced Hail to last only 5 turns, which can be stalled out and limits the amount of time it can be abused by Abomasnow and it's team. Despite this, Abomasnow can be a very threatening Pokemon given the proper circumstances.
I think it should sound something that instead.
Team Options
============
It's minor but you should mention Flyin-type Pokemon like Tornadus and Talonflame that would take care of the Fighting-type Pokemon that Abomasnow doesn't want to deal with. The latter also doesn't mind being in Trick Room thanks to Gale Wings.
Other options
====================
"Rock Slide or Hidden Power Rock can be used to counter Mega Charizard Y."
That isn't a counter, it just does damage.
