Yeah which is why I backed off from my original assertion of it bc I forgot to think through what I said on half the thread
The ability name I got was Reverse Hider. So I targeted Tbz with my action, OM stood in front of him.
These are far from mutually exclusive.
The reason I thought OM Room could be scum was that if I have an action that prevents redirects, it make sense for a redirecting role of some sort to be scum/3p

I'd like to know why you're asking this, actually. If you can't say now without defeating the purpose of it then don't, but I'd like an answer later.
I've got a few thoughts about the role, both based on the title and based on what the role apparently does, but I want to her his take on it first.

Can't put exact percentages on it, I just think that it's more likely than usual for it to be Scum than anything else. So idk, 65 on scum, 35 on town. After further thought I see no reason for reverse hider to be 3p.
I've played a game as a reverse hider where the point of the reverse hider was to protect more important scum, so the possibility is there. The rest falls upon it being likely that my blocking of redirects is meant to directly oppose a scum role.
Traditional Hider is 3p because the role takes on the alignment of its target, so before taking your meta case into consideration I had it at 65% likely Town, 40% likely scum, 50% likely 3p. That assumes Reverse Hider also forms a connection with another char, tho, and isn't just a fancy name for Bodyguard.
I don't think extrapolating additional roles from our own abilities is a viable tactic for scumhunting. Expect something to be there and you might go on a wild goose chase looking for it. Expect something to not be there and you risk getting blindsided by it.
