You said your shiny frame was 105, right? If you start on 52, and you need to get to 105, you'll need to do a Chatot call 53 times (this is where two Chatot become awesome).
Hit your spread, then do your advances, and Sweet Scent.

If all works out, you'll find a shiny Boldore. :)

Yeah, you just didn't hit your spread. Timer0 must be messing with you... try it again and see if you get it.

If you're not sure about it, repeat the process. This time, before you catch the Pokemon, save/view a Chatter Chatot's summary once. Then use Sweet Scent, capture it, and record its stats. Look for that specific nature sequence.

Once you've located your frame, tell me. If you need any clarification, I'd be happy to explain that, too.

So what we'll need to do is find our Starting PID Frame. Every spread you use has a certain unique starting point, and we'll need to find this to continue. To find it:
Go to Mistralton and save in the room where you'll be trying to grab Boldore. Now turn off the game, and proceed to hit your spread as you'd normally do.
Once in game, immediately use Sweet Scent, and capture the Pokemon you encounter. Record its species, nature, and gender. You can also take the ability, though the first three usually suffice. Make sure it has the desired IVs.
Now double click your spread in PPRNG, this should open it up in the Seed Inspector. Set it to Grass / Cave Encounter, then change the range to 40 - 110 (set it to a little above your goal so that you can see if you overshoot it). Hit Generate.
It'll bring up a list of results, for each frame of your spread. Your Starting PID should be from 40 - 60. Check those frames for one that matches your Pokemon. That frame is your starting frame.

Okay, so you've found a spread, good. Frame 1 is awesome, 105 is very good. Should be fairly easy to hit. And you updated, too. *applaud*

Firstly, Dn-Rt is basically Down + Right. Diagonally, to the right, down in other words. PPRNG counts it as one keypress, but RNG Reporter counts it as two. I believe it does this because of something with invalid combos (likes Up + Down).

If you'd like to know if you can synch something or not, see the 'Synch' column? If it has a 'Y' listed, you can. Otherwise, the nature stays constant.

Also, before we go into the next section, be sure to have a Sweet Scent user, as well as an optional Chatot w/ a recorded Chatter (this will be to advance the PIDRNG). Two Chatot works even better, as it allows for very quick advancing.

First off, make sure you have your ID/SID input. That's pretty important.

Go to Standard Seed Searcher, input your desired IVs. You'll probably want to check off all the keypresses just for the sake of finding a spread, and set your date range.
For start, set IV Frame min/max to 1. Check off Shiny Only, then hit Search.

When it's done, it should have some results listed (hopefully lol).
A good spread would be one with a ★ Frm of maybe about 50 - 200. Those are nice and low, thus easy to hit.
You'll also need to have a list of Encounter Slots, so that you know what ESV to find a Boldore. A good one is here: http://www.eggmove.com/encounterwhite.html. Do you know how to use ESV?
