I generally like rare ball females, but if you don't have any, any breeding spitbacks will be fine. My FC is in my sig, what's yours? I can only be on for a little while longer.

Ah, sorry, I had to go out...
The most valuable breeding spitbacks I have are my adamant goomys. (all on 31 except for sp.atk.) I have a few fletchlings in timer balls, too xD
