Data audit has it wrong on Electro Ball, both Bulbapedia and Serebii list it as special. You can edit your actions to correspond if you want.
It was a notification, not an implementation. Like combos were possible with the new rules, I assumed the sluggishness obeyed the same parameter.
Also, How odd, I could swear that counted toward the limit. Regardless I still want to give up for now. As I said, I lost way too much stuff due to little mistakes.
