[SET COMMENTS]
Cubone is a potent wallbreaker in ZU due to its incredibly high Attack thanks to Thick Club that can be boosted even further with Swords Dance. It also boasts decent coverage moves for Pokemon such as Koffing and Bayleef. Cubone is able to find opportunities to come in on passive Pokemon, like Delcatty and Dustox, and Choice-locked Pokemon like Nidorino and set up with Swords Dance. Earthquake is Cubone's STAB-boosted attack of choice, with it OHKOing Pokemon such as Rhyhorn at +0 and Lileep at +2. Bonemerang can be used instead to beat Substitute versus Pokemon like Rhyhorn, but it comes at the cost of less accuracy when compared to Earthquake. Double-Edge is Cubone's strongest option into Koffing, doing about half of its HP and almost being able to OHKO it at +2 while additonally hitting Grass-types such as Bayleef, which are Cubone's best defensive answers. It also threatens Flying-types such as Pidgeotto and Taillow that may want to pivot into Earthquake. An Adamant nature increases the odds of OHKOing Pidgeotto with Double-Edge, but it comes at the cost of losing Speed, meaning foes like Delcatty can outrun Cubone. Rock Head allows Cubone to avoid the recoil from Double-Edge that would put it in range of Choice Band Pidgeotto and Taillow. Substitute is used to avoid status from Koffing and to help Cubone deal with revenge killers like Seaking and Aipom.

Cubone is mainly found on balance and some offense teams that prefer its power to the defensive utility that Ground-types like Rhyhorn may offer. Cubone also appreciates having defensive Pokemon to fall back on, as its defenses are rather poor, and its low Speed makes it liable to be revenge killed quite easily. Pokemon like Elekid and Mankey appreciate Cubone's ability to break through or trade with Pokemon like Dustox, Delcatty, and Koffing, which allows them to clean late-game. Cubone can struggle into strong special attackers such as Seaking and Growlithe. To help alleviate this issue, specially defensive walls like Dustox and Delcatty can be good partners. Particularly strong physical attackers such as Choice Band Aipom can also threaten to OHKO Cubone after some chip, and Pokemon like Pidgeotto and Taillow can also threaten to KO it. Pairing Cubone with Rock-types like Rhyhorn and Lileep can help remedy this, while Shuppet can also be useful to pivot into these attackers. Grass-types such as Sunflora and Bayleef can also attempt to pivot in on Cubone's Ground moves and threaten back with their Grass moves. Cubone thus appreciates partners like Cyndaquil and Growlithe to threaten these answers.

Rock Slide can be used to hit Flying-types such as Pidgeotto, guaranteeing an OHKO. However, Double-Edge is preferred, as it still hits Flying-types relatively hard with perfect accuracy.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Grass-types**: Grass-types such as Sunflora and Bayleef resist Earthquake and are able to threaten Cubone back with Grass-type attacks, although they must be careful of being hit by Double-Edge on the switch.

**Koffing**: Koffing is one of the only Pokemon in the tier able to avoid a 2HKO from Cubone thanks to Levitate and is able to answer back with a burn, Explosion, or Hidden Power Grass.

**Strong Special Attackers**: Due to Cubone's low special bulk and poor Speed, special attackers such as Cyndaquil, Seaking, and Chinchou can revenge kill it, although they cannot switch into Cubone.

**Flying-types**: Flying-types like Delibird and Pidgeotto can pivot in on Earthquake and threaten Cubone out, although they must be careful of Cubone's coverage moves.

**Residual Damage**: Cubone's reliance on Thick Club for its firepower means it is not able to hold Leftovers, making it vulnerable to residual damage from Spikes and Toxic, which make it easier to revenge kill.

If the set is named Swords Dance, then Swords Dance should be in move slot 1. I'm also not sure Rock Slide is worth mentioning here since Double Edge and Slide have fairly similar calcs with no notable OHKO differences except for a Slide OHKO roll on agility growlithe and niche picks like Masq

Cubone is a potent wallbreaker in the tier due to its incredibly high offensive stats thanks to Thick Club that can be boosted even further with Swords Dance while boasting great coverage moves for Pokemon such as Koffing and Pidgeotto. Cubone is able to find opportunites to come in on passive Pokemon like Delcatty and Dustox or Choice locked Poison-types such as Nidorino to break down the opposing team. Earthquake is Cubones STAB of choice with it OHKOing Pokemon such as Rhyhorn and 2HKOing physical walls such as Lileep. Double Edge is Cubone's strongest option into Koffing and Grass-types such as Lileep (swap Lileep for something like Bayleaf since EQ is stronger into Lileep), which are Cubone's best defensive answers in the tier. Rock Slide hits Flying-types such as Pidgeotto that may attempt to pivot in on Earthquake. However, Substitute may be used instead to avoid status from Koffing and to help Cubone deal with revenge killers like Seaking and Aipom granted it gets the opportunity to get up a Substitute.

I would mention another bulkier defensive mon alongside Koffing instead of Pidgeotto like Lileep since you mention it's a wallbreaker (I realize you put Lileep later, maybe add Castform over Pidgeotto or put Lileep there and add Castform alongside Rhyhorn and change to defensive walls, up to you). With Nidorino being the only Poison-type to run Choice Band, I would reword that to make it seem like there aren't others. Might be good to add a quick segment on SD if it helps pick up the OHKO on any of the physical walls like rhyhorn, lileep or koffing.

Cubone is mainly found on balance teams that prefer its power to the defensive utility that over Ground-types like Rhyhorn may offer. Cubone also appreciates having defensive Pokemon to fall back on, as its defenses are rather poor and its low speed makes it liable to be revenge killed quite easily. Pokemon like Elekid and Mankey appreciate Cubone's ability to break or trade with Pokemon like Dustox, Delcatty, and Koffing which allows them to clean lategame. The former offers paralysis support in Thunder Wave, which can help mitigate Cubone's low speed stat (I would drop this sentence, Kid hardly carries Twave). Cubone can struggle into strong special attackers such as Seaking and Growlithe. To help alleviate this issue, specially defensive walls like Dustox and Nosepass can be good partners. Particularly strong physical attackers such as Choice Band Aipom can also threaten to OHKO Cubone as well and after a few rounds of Spikes, Pokemon like Pidgeotto and Taillow can also threaten to KO Cubone. Pairing Cubone with Lileep and Shuppet can help you deal with this matchup. Grass-types such as Sunflora and Bayleef can also attempt to pivot in on Cubone's Ground moves and threaten back with their Grass moves. Cubone thus appreciates partners like Cyndaquil and Growlithe to threaten these answers.

Cubone is fairly one dimensional and shouldn't differ much from this original set. Cubone does have Bonemerang to try and break through Substitutes from Pokemon like Rhyhorn, but the lower accuracy makes it less reliable to use in a game.

I would just drop the first sentence here since it's a bit of fluff and just leave sentence 2. It's a fair point, but you can just add a similar comment at the end of the Bonemerang sentence which you already kind of do.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Strong Special Attackers**: Due to Cubones low special bulk and poor speed, special attackers such as Cyndaquil, Seaking, and Chinchou can revenge kill it, although they cannot switch into Cubone.

**Grass-types**: Grass-types such as Sunflora and Bayleef resist Earthquake and are able to threaten Cubone back with their Grass STAB, although they must be careful of being hit by Double Edge on the switch.

Cubone is a potent wallbreaker in the tier ZU due to its incredibly high offensive stats Attack thanks to Thick Club that can be boosted even further with Swords Dance while boasting great decent Double-Edge isn't that great ngl coverage moves for Pokemon such as Koffing and Bayleef. Cubone is able to find opportunities to come in on passive Pokemon like Delcatty and Dustox or Choice-locked Pokemon like Band Nidorino to break down the opposing team. Swords Dance allows Cubone to setup and OHKO physical walls like Lileep and almost OHKO Koffing. Earthquake is Cubones STAB attack of choice with it OHKOing Pokemon such as Rhyhorn and 2HKOing physical walls such as Lileep. Double Edge is Cubone's strongest option into Koffing and Grass-types such as Bayleef, which are Cubone's best defensive answers in the tier. Rock Slide hits Flying-types such as Pidgeotto that may attempt to pivot in on Earthquake. Mention this for Double-Edge However, Substitute may be used instead to avoid status from Koffing and to help Cubone deal with revenge killers like Seaking and Aipom granted it gets the opportunity to get up a Substitute. Reword this to state this is Cubone's only 4th.

Mention Bonemerang with Earthquake. Also mention Adamant vs Jolly. Adamant's power boost lets you KO foes like Pidgeotto with Double-Edge more reliably, but you get outsped by Delcatty as a result. Mention other notable gains and losses from nature. Also mention why we use Rock Head, as Cubone has another ability.

Additionally, I don't believe the paragraph flows very well when you talk about KO thresholds and then segway to the moves. I recommend saying SD boosts Cubone's Attack and it can set it up on X foes, and then go over XHKO thresholds when talking about each move with and without SD.

Particularly strong physical attackers such as Choice Band Aipom can also threaten to OHKO Cubone as well and after a few rounds of Spikes, Pokemon like Pidgeotto and Taillow can also threaten to KO Cubone. Pairing Cubone with Rock-types like Rhyhorn and Lileep and Shuppet Talking about Rock-types in general is more important, maybe reorder this sentence to not imply that Shuppet is Rock-type if I make it sound like it is. can help you deal with this matchup. Grass-types such as Sunflora and Bayleef can also attempt to pivot in on Cubone's Ground moves and threaten back with their Grass moves. Cubone thus appreciates partners like Cyndaquil and Growlithe to threaten these answers.

Cubone does have Bonemerang to try and break through Substitutes from Pokemon like Rhyhorn, but the lower accuracy makes it less reliable to use in a game. Otherwise, Cubone shouldn't much differ from this set.

As stated earlier, put Rock Slide here, and be sure to mention what it does better than Double-Edge.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Flying-types** Flying-types like Delibird and Pidgeotto can pivot in on Earthquake and threaten it out, although they must be careful of Cubone's coverage moves.

**Koffing**: Koffing is one of the only Pokemon in the tier able to avoid a 2HKO from Cubone thanks to Levitate and is able to answer back with a burn, Explosion, or Hidden Power Grass.

Mention residual damage like Spikes and Toxic, since no Leftovers means Cubone gets worn down super fast. Also move Grass-types and Koffing ahead of everything else.

Not an error, but it'd be nice if you could move this under the SET COMMENTS paragraphs, as it'd make this analysis easier to upload.
