If I can stop one heart from breaking
[SET]
name: Triage
move 1: Belly Drum
move 2: Drain Punch
move 3: Thunder Punch / Wild Charge
move 4: Ice Punch / Earthquake
item: Sitrus Berry
ability: Triage
nature: Adamant
evs: 124 HP / 252 Atk / 132 Spe
[SET COMMENTS]
Iron Hand is the premier Belly Drum + Triage user thanks to its excellent bulk, Attack and STAB Drain Punch. With a free turn of setup, it can sweep frailer teams or clean up weakened balance teams. Ice Punch is a good coverage move to deal with threats such as Great Tusk and Hippowdon that otherwise can check it, while Earthquake is another coverage option that can better deal with Fur Coat Gholdengo. The 132 Speed EVs outpace Skeledirge, which would otherwise check Iron Hands with Will-O-Wisp. Frailer offensive teammates such as Iron Moth and Flutter Mane appreciate Iron Hands's ability to break through their common checks such as Garganacl and Ice Scales Corviknight. Iron Hands appreciates being brought in safely by slow pivots like Corviknight or by Shed Tail Cyclizar. Iron Hands can also have a tough time dealing with Fur Coat and Unaware walls like Hippowdon, so pairing it with a strong special attacker like Iron Bundle to deal with them is recommended.
