We already have a "Rate my Team" section, which is extremely useful, but sometimes people need help improving their play rather than their team. Why not have a section where you post your team set up along with replays of a few matches so people can not only suggest team changes but can give feed back such as "On turn X you should have done Y instead of Z because........."

We have a Battling 101 program where people can sign up to be tutees. This tutoring program helps them improve their battling skills. For more info, you can visit the subforum here http://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/battling-101.42/ :)
I actually think this is a pretty good idea to use besides battling 101, because a lot of people aren't willing to go through the whole battling 101 procedure/never get picked because of the endless tutor shortage. If rated correctly, new players can really get a lot of tips and insight out of this. Now i don't think it'd be wise to make it as big as RMT (aka a whole forum dedicated to it), but one subforum could be enough. Likewise, no plans need to be made about RMP badges yet (imo) But seriously, i think this is an idea to consider.
