“Excalibur, let us begin our own dazzling performance!”


Excaliber begins his performance by throwing up a glittering blue Protective shield, a bit further away from himself than normal. Then he begins calmly using an Ice Beam inside the protective barrier, forming a sculpture of a knight’s shield. Just before the Protection fades, he rips out the sculpture, having molded an icy blue, beautiful shield to wear for the remainder of the challenge.

The camel does a gentle blow into the air, gently causing a big water O to form in the air,
dancing as it moves across the hall. Cress seems particularly moved by it.

At Maxim’s cue, targets descend from the rafters across the entire stage. Excalibur limbers up by performing a mystical dance. Then he shoots scales all across the arena, hitting the bullseye of each target in an impressive display of accuracy and skill. When he arrives at the last, furthest target, instead of shooting a scale at it, he launches himself into the air and slashes it with his claw, cutting the last target cleanly in half! He takes a bow at the conclusion of this round’s performance.

From the rafters, a brick roof is lowered towards Excalibur's head. Excalibur charges up steel energy, looking as though he is about to break it. Then, the performance takes a turn for the comedic, as a small plushie is lowered in front of Excalibur, who giddily bites it and chews on the plushie like a toy. He runs around with the toy a bit, satisfied, and gives a cute look towards the audience.

An enormous wooden substitute is lowered in front of Excalibur. After warming up, he charges towards the substitute with his dorsal fin, launches it into the air. Then he jumps and swipes at it with his claws, and then pile drives it into the ground, shattering it into many splinters.

Duchess begins doing its silly little dance, much to the booing of the audience.
Stella Magna has lost her entire composure and begins throwing her bracelets, necklaces, rings and
really anything she has on arm's reach into the judges, the other contestants and the crowd.
Thank god for Piltzintecuhtli setting up Safeguard.

The contest is in shambles.
As security escorts everyone out of the building Cress frantically
scribbles down a 10/10, sweating, and gives the grade to Duchess.
The crowd gets rowdier as they shout Excalibur's name, the true winner of the contest.​
