Set Description
=============
Draco Meteor is used against foes like Dragapult, Regidrago, Haxorus. Ice Beam enables Kyurem to deal with Tapu Bulu and Galarian Moltres. Freeze Dry is important to defeat Tapu Fini and Primarina. Focus Blast for Air-balloon Heatran and Magnezone while Earth Power for the non-Air-balloon sets.

EVs
=============
Speed investment for non-Choice Scarf or Jolly Dracovish, Special Attack for dealing with Tapu Fini using Freeze-Dry, Defense for rolls against Life Orb Zeraora.

Usage Tips
=============
Kyurem should open with its strongest move against the foe. When facing foes that commonly run Haban Berry, like Regidrago, using Ice Beam can be a better option.

With a Choice-Scarf, Kyurem can outspeed Scarf max Speed Tapu Fini, max Speed Regidrago after one Dragon Dance, and can tie with Choice-Scarf max Speed Galarian Darmanitan.

Special Attack for maximum damage output, and Speed to outspeed Max Speed Regidrago after one Dragon Dance, Scarf Max Speed Dracovish, and Max Speed Dragapult and Zeraora. With a Timid nature, Kyurem can outspeed Scarf Max Speed Tapu Fini, Scarf Max Speed Porygon-Z, and speedtie with Scarf Max Speed Darmanitan-Galar. Running a Modest nature provides better rolls against Galarian Darmanitan.
