Here's the place to post screenshots of your peak Battle Spot ladder rankings for Singles, Special Singles, Triples, and Rotation Battles. Please include your in-game name, rating, and standing overall or in your region. Also note your W/L if you'd like that added as well.

It'd also be much appreciated if you post what Pokemon you've used most during your peak run, that way new players have an idea about what works in each metagame.

1819 Points in Singles with 49-27 streak.

I've been using this team

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake

Greninja @ Choice Scarf
4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Speed

- U-Turn

Scizor @ Sitrus Berry
252 HP/40 Atk/216 Sdef

- Bullet Punch
- Roost

Aegislash @ Leftovers
252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword
- Swords Dance
- King's Shield

Rotom-W @ Chesto Berry
252 HP/252 Def/4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-o-Wisp
- Rest

Azumarril @ Choice Band
252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Superpower
- Aqua Jet

Previously I had MegaGengar over Rotom-W but he's not that good on 3vs3 and Talonflame was eating my team. MegaMawile is a problem sometimes and so is Mega Kanga. Rotom-W and Zapdos are setup fodder for Dragonite if they don't have HP Ice (Usually you just need 1 DD to sweep). Aegislash is also great, making a lot of comebacks when he has time to setup (mostly on Outrage locked stuff).

Besides Mega Mawile and mega Kanga, other huge threat to this team is Shadow Ball Aegislash, which seems to be the Standard set of 1700+ people. I'm considering Mega Mawile over Scizor and probably switching the Item of Azumarril, since Choice Band is kind of bad for 3vs3. I don't know if I switch it to <cures burn> Berry, Assault Vest or Expert Belt tho.

May I ask why 4v4 Doubles was excluded from this set of leaderboards? If it's because we have a VGC forum, it's worth noting that VGC doesn't have any leaderboards like this one >_>

Yeah it's for that reason. When revamping this forum we decided to leave everything VGC related to VGC. We could easily add one if people would rather do that here though.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also I may as well give my full team a post:

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
252 HP/240 atk/12 spe
Adamant
-Belly Drum
-Aqua Jet
-Waterfall
-Play Rough

It's alright. A pretty strong Aqua Jet is always nice to have in the back. Can handle Blaziken pretty well and take things like Talonflame BB's that other sweepers have trouble with. It doesn't get many chances to set up and I don't have that many battles where I'm tempted to use it. But when it does come out it always does its job well, unlike a lot of other Pokemon (I'm looking at you Mega Gengar).

Charizard @ Charizardite X aka MEGAZARDX
4 HP/252 atk/252 spe
Adamant
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Flare Blitz
-Dragon Claw

I love this sexy dragon. Every time I bring it, it's the MVP. There are so many Rotom-W (and some Rotom-H) around and your opponent is always tempted to bring it just by you also having Talonflame. MEGAZARDX gets a free DD off of those two every battle. Then it proceeds to clean house with +1 Tough Claws boosted STAB Outrages and Flare Blitzes. It has a nice 111 Base Defense so I'm assuming it can take one Talonflame BB, but I haven't had the opportunity to find out the hard way yet.

Talonflame @ Choice Band
252 HP/252 atk/4 Spe
Adamant
-Brave Bird

I have 3 other attacks obviously, but there's really no point in listing them since that's literally all I've ever done. I experimented with sets that bluff Band, but they're so goddamn weak that it's not even worth it. This thing is such a great check to so many threats. You have to be careful not to bring it too much though, use it more as a scare tactic against things like non-sash Greninja and Blaziken so that your opponent is forced to bring slower mons like Mawile/Ttar. Those can be just as big ofa threat of course, but I generally like to be entirely faster than my opponent if I can manage that.

Garchomp @ Focus Sash
4 HP/252 atk/252 spe
Jolly
-Swords Dance
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw/Stone Edge

A pretty good Pokemon that I usually bring to my battles. Pairing up with MEGAZARDX usually results in one of them bringing down the fairy/general Dragon check/counter and letting the other one have full reign. Sash is a nice little safety precaution, but I think I'm going to change it to Lum Berry since nothing OHKOs Garchomp and I find myself wanting to come in on Rotom-W and take the wisp more often than I would need to survive a hit from full health. Stone Edge gets around Togekiss (if not scarfed), but I like having secondary dragon on my dragon sweepers so I don't end up Outrage-locked against a Fairy if I can manage it.

Greninja @ Life Orb
4 HP/252 SpA/252 spe
Timid
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Grass Knot
-Dark Pulse

Pretty good at lower ladder levels, but the higher you get, the more useless he is. I'm considering other options. For now I dropped LO and am going Sash, but I feel there are better sashmons that I'd like to try instead (Loom and Weavile are on my to-try list)

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
4 HP/252 atk/252 spe
Adamant
-Dragon Dance
-Rock Slide
-Crunch
-Earthquake

Pretty good mon in the meta with all the Talonflame about. And with its supernatural bulk it can usually find a free opportunity to set up a DD or just sit there and kill shit. Rock Slide > Stone Edge because after +1 I'd rather have the accuracy and flinch chance than miss Stone Edge all the time.

Pokemon I've tried that have been huge busts:
Gengar @ Gengarite
4 HP/252 SpA/252 spe
Timid
-Protect
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Sludge Bomb

Never did anything. And looking back I can't even remember what it was supposed to do. Trap and kill things? Nah that couldn't have been it, since it never even came close to doing that. It kinda just sat there, threw out moderately powered Shadow Balls, killing nothing, and then died. Maybe that was its job the entire time? Must have been.

Aegislash @ Leftovers
252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe
Adamant
-Swords Dance
-King's Shield
-Shadow Claw
-Iron Head

I've found every form of Aegislash to be lackluster against me, and the one set I've tried for myself didn't really do much so I dropped it fairly quickly. I think it's just too predictable, and trying to use that predictability to your advantage just doesn't work out as well as it does for other predictable mons. An example of a Papermon that just falls a tad short.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
252 HP/252 def/4 spe
Bold
-Wish
-Protect
-Moonblast
-Calm Mind

What I was thinking: Sylveon will be really hard to kill, and most teams will have trouble getting around it while I set up CMs and prepare to sweep. What actually happened: Mega Mawile. Use me as a cautionary tale. Don't use Sylveon.

Megas I tried out that worked really well, but I cycled them out anyway
Blaziken @ Blazikenite
4 HP/252 atk/252 spe
Adamant
-Protect
-Swords Dance
-Flare Blitz
-High Jump Kick

Ken is pretty solid. FB/HJK hit like trucks and after a Speed Boost or two, nothing is gonna touch you. You know...except for all the priority that Ken happens to be weak to. Probably why I cycled it out. That and MEGAZARDX is way too badass to NOT use.

Mawile @ Mawilite
252 HP/240 atk/12 spe
Adamant
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Iron Head
-Play Rough

Megawile is a sexy beast, I'd highly recommend it. The only reason I dropped it is because I didn't want to lose to Talonflame that were bluffing CB, which I knew was going to happen eventually. Also even with the initial Intimidate, BB was doing a large chunk. 50 HP is something to scoff at. I've just found TTar just does the whole "mega that takes advantage of opposing Talonflame" much better/safer than Megawile.

Hill

I want to use Mega Tyranitar with the exact same set that you're using but I have to breed a new one (I tried Assault Vest Lonely Tyranitar and it was really bad) . The only diference is that I was going to try a Jolly one. Does Adamant gets any important KO? (+1 KOing Aegislash or +0 killing Mawile for example)

Edit: Got to 1909 (60-33) switching Scizor with Talonflame.

1790 in US, 26-8 record. Don't have a cam w/ me so I can't take the ingame photo but it should be up on the PGL site sometime. Here's my (boring) team.

Blaziken @blazikenite
Adamant
252 atk/speed
- Flare Blitz
- Stone Edge
- High Jump Kick
- Protect

Still pretty strong but Slowbro and Talon/Azu are common enough and it's starting to bug me. Useful for some scenarios but not something I can fallback on. Deciding whether I should replace this or just go with it I guess.

Kangaskhan @Kangaskhanite
Adamant / Scrappy
164 HP / 220 Atk / 124 Speed
- Return
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Sucker Punch

Stallbreaker of sorts. Return 2shots slowbro and Fire Blast kills skarm ferro gourgeist etc (it's strong enough to 2hko all of them w/o investment). Other moves are just for coverage really. Rocky Helmet is the bane of this Pokemon though :|. The speed EVs are meant to outpace jolly megatar

Rotom-W @ Sitrus Berry
Bold
252 HP / some speed to outrun Gliscor / rest in Def
- Will-o-Wisp
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump

Most consistent member of the team. Hasn't really changed from last gen tbh. Considering Scarf on this if I ever choose to use TTar > Kanga.

Talonflame @ CB
Adamant
252 Atk / some HP / some speed
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Flare Blitz
- Tailwind
Considering Sleep Talk > Tailwind. Low elo stomper; not so effective as I hit 1700. Still a useful Pokemon to have though

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Relaxed
252 HP / ~176 Def / ~80 SPDef
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip

Stealth Rock is surprisingly effective. It helps me win stallwars if they don't have an entry hazard, and most importantly it tears apart talonflame. Between this and Rotom it'll be p. hard pressed to do anything significant.

Noivern @ Life Orb
Timid / Infiltrator
252 SAtk / 252 Speed / 6 HP
- Draco Meteor
- Boomburst
- Flamethrower
- Hurricane

Entirely situational Pokemon. I dropped this guy earlier for Dragonite but I ended up running into situations where I wish I had Noivern, so I threw him back in for the Infiltrator use. Being able to outspeed and cut through Subs from Garchomp, Heracross, Gliscor, and Gengar is extremely useful in some situations. I rarely bring out Noivern since it doesn't really do a whole lot of damage =/.
Cycling / Plans:

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Impish / Poison Heal
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Toxic
- Substitute

Would be a nice miniwall of sorts. Sub/Ice Fang beats opposing Gliscors. I've had a decent success in general w/ Gliscor last gen so I might try him out again.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Jolly / Multiscale
252 atk / speed
- Outrage
- Dragon Dance
- Thunder Punch
- Earthquake

Given that I have 2 Fire Pokemon already, I'd much rather have the ability to hit Togekiss and Azumarill SE with Thunderpunch than hitting certain steels with Fire Punch. Jolly solely to outrun Mega Manectric because that thing is legitimately annoying. Rotated out because its Speed sucks and Multiscale is unreliable.

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Naive / Justified
4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Speed
- Close Combat
- Flash Cannon
- Vacuum Wave
- Shadow Ball

Idk how this one will pan out but it might just work.

Not sure if I'm missing something here, but why isn't doubles on that list?

Also, I've noticed people using Mewtwo in the Battle Spot - could someone tell me what is allowed/not allowed, because that totally threw me off haha

Been running a Trick Room team on both formats to moderate success. I'll edit in the team when I finish my ladder run(s), but if you see a team comprising Rotom-Heat/Mawile/Gyarados/Trevenant/Tyranitar/Excadrill you know it's mine n_n!

i updated me and jibaku, some changes ive made to my singles team:

change: mega lucario > gourgeist-super

they're both garbage actually, but gourgeist super was just unusable, there are no real scenarios where i want it to be 33% of my team. lucario just isnt much better because ive usually just stuck with kanga / it has too many counters. im looking for the next mon to use over it, i think chansey or goodra might be my best bets, altho im also looking forward to mandibuzz as well

change: dark pulse > uturn on greninja

should be obvious, but dpulse is just better so aegi doesnt rape me

change: lum > rocky helmet on chomp

lum is just better, being able to take on rotom-w who just murders my team right now

There was actually an OHKO Clause? I swear I remember someone saying that they faced a Guillotine Gliscor...and on Gen V Wi-Fi, OHKO moves were definitely legal. If there is an OHKO Clause, I'm actually pretty happy.

...And in order to keep on topic, I was kinda embarrassed and wanted to refrain from posting about it until I boosted my rank up, but screw it here's my rank and position:

....Yeah. I suck at this :\

I hardly keep a consistent team much, but the latest one I've been using was Crobat/Mega-Gengar/Roserade/Slowbro/Rotom-Heat/Dragonite

So yeah, only way to officially 6v6 in a worldwide ladder? Yeah, I'm game. 1826 in le Triples.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/15218313/Rating.png

So here's what I have been using.... Notice you'll see a LOT of Rock Slide because of a certain fire bird being everywhere. Honestly I've been expecting more Blaziken, but eh.

I know you can't see the nicknames on ladder, but I'm supplying them anyway.

Geninja (ProteanShake) @ Expert Belt
Naive Nature
Ability: Protean
96 Atk/160 SAtk/252 Spd
- Dark Pulse
- Rock Slide (formerly U-Turn)
- Ice Beam
- Mat Block

This guy has been AMAZING. I don't always set up Mat Block on my first turn when I lead with this, but I may just bait the Fake Out with him. I have never been fond of using Life Orb on super frail pokemon. Late game with everything faster or with priority taken care of/Trick Room ended this thing helps seal the deal. U-Turn was for Mailimars.

Blaziken (Ban Me) @ Wide Lens
Jolly Nature
Ability: Speed Boost
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
- High Jump Kick
- Flare Blitz
- Rock Slide (formerly Baton Pass, never used it though lol)
- Swords Dance

Do I need to explain this? Great synergy with Greninja and murders everything except that one bird... I need to rebreed him for more perfect stats other than Atk/Spd. I hate hate hate hate missing (I have a policy to never use any moves below 85% acc). If you battle a lot... when HJK is missing 10% of the time that's a lot of crucial kos missed right there.

Gyarados (Gyro) @ Shell Bell
Adamant Nature
Ability: Intimidate
252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Ice Fang
- Taunt (formerly Earthquake)

Trick Room is really deadly in Triples, so when one runs a pretty fast team Taunt is mandatory (unless if you are fighting Aromatisse). Intimidate helps ease the pain against things like Hitmontop and such, which people are religiously using... I need to rebreed this for more perfect stats. Perhaps Jolly?

Lucario (BARK!) @ Lucarionite
Jolly Nature
Ability: Steadfast -> Adaptability
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Rock Slide
- Bullet Punch

Thing hits like a truck and is really fast after it goes mega. Great synergy with Greninja.

Sylveon (Bishouen) @ Lum Berry
Calm Nature
Ability: Cute Charm
252 HP/200 Def/56 SDef
- Calm Mind
- Dazzling Gleam (formerly Moonblast)
- Shadow Ball
- Rest

Special tank no. 1. After things get intimidated it works as an all-around tank. Really love how the new Vee has been working out for me. Has trouble with certain Steels obviously though...

Blissey (FatEggThing) Leftovers
Bold Nature
Ability: Natural Cure
252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Soft-Boiled

Special tank no. 2. If my speedsters get paralyzed she takes care of that. Bliss walls as well as she always does (I love it when she tanks when two more more attackers are focused on her).

Shifted out:

Mawile (Fairy Poots) @ Mawilite
Adamant Nature
Ability: Intimidate -> Huge Power
252 Atk/216 Def/40 SDef
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Play Rough
- Swords Dance (formerly Brick Break)

Super scary to fight. However, Mega Mawile's Speed is its downfall. Does not like Talonflame...

Feel free to suggest changes if y'all want to. I can't wait to get my Cresselia in X/Y...

Notice you'll see a LOT of Rock Slide because of a certain fire bird being everywhere.
Furthermore, expect it to flinch you unless you're using it, in which case expect it to miss both/all 3 of your targets.
Personal experience.

edit: oh, you were the guy with Shell Bell Gyara who I fought? wow lol

Posting ranking because why not and perhaps to get some advice.

Not ideal, but the highest I ever got was around 1580ish but then a series of unfortunate losses (and disconnects) got me down to 1500, and I'm pushing my way up the ranks again, hopefully. It pisses me off though because there were matches where I could have won/I was going to win, and then my internet disconnects and it counts it as a loss. Or when other people disconnect on me (it doesn't count as a win if the opponent disconnects, does it?). I did, however once have an opponent disconnect on me and then I disconnected right after for some reason, but it didn't count it as a loss so that was ok.

Running a team right now of Sableye (SUPER MVP)/MBanette/Greninja/Gastrodon/Talonflame/Delphox.

Most of the time if I lose, I either mispredict or overpredict the opponent. I suck at mindgames because I think too much. Also screw Klefki.

Edit: Never mind, I just checked my ingame rating, and I'm much higher than that right now. Stupid Global link not updating fast enough. Maybe I'll post the correct ranking later when it gets up.

You must save while connected to the Internet AND make sure Game Sync updates.

How was I?

One of the things I've learned over the years... if you have a chance of missing you will undoubtedly miss. If its an 80% acc move and you miss at times where you hit or die it will be reflected in your rating. That and I missed Hydro Pump 5x in a row once and after that I said I was done with anything below 85% acc.

This is my rating, 1562.

I started battling rated battles three days ago.

My team consists of:

Greninja @ Expert Belt
Protean
Hasty Nature - 4 atk/252 satk/252 speed
~U-Turn
~Grass Knot
~Dark Pulse
~Extrasensory

Rotom-W @ Choice Specs
Levitate
Modest Nature - 152 HP/252 atk/ 100 speed
~Volt Switch
~Hydro Pump
~Dark Pulse
~Trick

Ludicolo @ Chesto Berry
Swift Swim
Calm Nature - 252 HP/36def/16 satk/200 sdef
~Focus Blast
~Rest
~Giga Drain
~Toxic

I used this dude in a small tournament where only water types were allowed. He was an all-star, and I decided to keep him. He's also an excelent check to Rotom-W which is quite popular right now.

Azumarill @ Assault Vest
Huge Power
Adamant Nature - 200 hp/252 atk/52 spdef
~Play Rough
~Super Power
~Waterfall
~Aqua Jet

He's strong and I like the bulkiness and versatility this set provides. People expect belly drum or choice sets and this is neither.

Kangaskhan @Kangaskhanite
Early Bird
Jolly Nature - 252 atk / 252 speed / 4 hp
~Sucker Punch
~Earthquake
~Power-up Punch
~Return

Can grab wins out of nowhere. But I still haven't used him in rated battles.

Avalugg Rocky Helmet
Sturdy
Relaxed Nature 252 hp/252 defense/4 spdef
~Earthquake
~Avalanche
~Mirror Coat
~Recover

I took this screenshot a few days ago but ive only dropped one spot since then. I'm Ito in the picture, my team is Blaziken/Talonflame/Rotom-W/Scolipede/Greninja/Ditto with a record of 51-28

ive been trying to get into special battles too but ive been doing pretty poorly >.>

This was taken today. I'm leading the ranking for my country (Austria) in every game mode.
Gonna hit Top 100 world wide in All matches after I finished my Triples team hopefully.

Currently at 1909 (56-27) in Singles. I think this is a better W/L percentage than the current #1 in this thread (although he's probably moved up by now...).

My current team is as follows:
Charizard @ Charizardite X: Dragon Dance / Outrage / Dragon Claw / Flare Blitz [Adamant, 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe]
Mawile @ Mawilite: Swords Dance / Iron Head / Play Rough / Sucker Punch [Adamant, 204 HP / 252 Atk / 52 Spe]
Rotom-W @ Sitrus Berry: Hydro Pump / Thunderbolt / Will-o-Wisp / Volt Switch [Bold, 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe]
Mandibuzz @ Rocky Helmet: Taunt / Foul Play / Toxic / Roost [Impish, 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe]
Garchomp @ Choice Scarf: Outrage / Earthquake / Stone Edge / Fire Fang [Jolly, 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe]
Gengar @ Black Sludge: Shadow Ball / Focus Blast / Will-o-Wisp / Substitute [Timid, 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe]

I mainly use Charizard/Rotom-W/Mandibuzz/Garchomp. Mawile hasn't seen use in like twenty battles; it was good at lower ratings, but not so much at higher ones. Gengar was also useful when Mega Kangaskhan was everywhere, but I haven't seen it in a while.

Special tank no. 2. If my speedsters get paralyzed she takes care of that. Bliss walls as well as she always does (I love it when she tanks when two more more attackers are focused on her).
How do you have Seismic Toss Blissey?
