So, since Scolipede's hidden ability changed in XY, I decided to see what happens when I transfer up a scolipede family member to X&Y.
I believe when a Scolipede family member with Quick Feet is transferred to X&Y, their ability is changed to Speed Boost. I have tested this with a Quick Feet Venipede. Upon transfer, it's ability was changed to Speed Boost. I can only confirm this for Venipede, but I assume this would also be the case for other members of the Scolipede family.
So basically, it looks as though Gen 5 tutors + Speed Boosts is legal on Scolipede.
