There's a combo 4 it:

pelipper drizzle>switch to ampharos/u-turn to ampharos>thunder

pelipper soak>switch to ampharos or meganium or ferrothorn/u-turn to ampharos or meganium or ferrothorn>moves super effective against water.

i've battled a few times with it, and i beat a shedinja wth wonder guard with da iron barbs and rocky helmet combo.
