Pyukumuku @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spite
- Rest
- Recover
- Block

Once only seeing niche usage, Pyukumuku has received two new moves in USUM, Block and Spite, which help compensate for a lack of offensive presence and establish it as a common choice on stall teams. Thanks to Unaware, Pyukumuku functions as a check to many setup sweepers, including Dragon Dance Zygarde, Swords Dance Gliscor, Calm Mind Clefable, and Calm Mind Reuniculus. Block allows Pyukumuku to effectively force switches, despite having no attacking moves, since few Pokemon can go head to head in a PP stalling war with Pyukumuku thanks to the combination of Spite + Rest. Pyukumuku also runs Recover, as it is a more consistent form of recovery, as opposed to Rest, which is mainly used for PP stalling. Recover also helps Pyukumuku with specific matchups, such as against Z-Move Reuniclus. This Pyukumuku set struggles against Taunt users like Heatran, so Mega Sableye is a great partner, since it can switch into non Z move non-Z-Move variants.

You did a great job with this, first and foremost.

defensive teams
Here I think you could say stall instead of defensive since you're not really seeing Pyuku on fat balance or anything not stall.

Pyukumuku also runs Recover as it is a more consistent form of recovery, as opposed to Spite which was mainly used for PP stalling.
Believe you meant to say Rest not spite here. Could mention a match up recover helps with specifically if a main one comes to mind (not really required tho since it can vary game to game so much. Just if there is something you often find yourself recovering on when using pyuku).

Also I wish you could mention a better Heatran switch in that walls all sets, but I can't really think of anything that beats all Heatrans so M-sableye will do since it is infact a great partner.

Also mention WCOP finals tiebreak not just wcop tiebreak.

Thanks to Unaware, Pyukumuku functions as a check to many set up setup sweepers, including Dragon Dance Zygarde,(AC) and Swords Dance Gliscor, alongside Calm Mind Clefable,(AC) and Reuniculus. Block allows Pyukumuku to effectively force switches, despite having no attacking moves, since few Pokemon can go head to head in a PP stalling war with Pyukumuku,(RC) thanks to the combination of Spite + Rest. Pyukumuku also runs Recover,(AC) as it is a more consistent form of recovery, which can be clicked vs Z Move Reuniculus,(RC) as opposed to Rest,(AC) which was is mainly used for PP stalling. Recover also helps Pyukumuku with specific matchups, such as against Z-Move Reuniclus. (better ties in the above QC check while retaining good readability) This Pyukumuku set struggles against Taunt users like Heatran,(AC) so Mega Sableye is a great partner,(AC) since it can switch into non Z move non-Z-Move variants.
