I have to ask only a question : When we get an Achivement we must have a certain ranking in ladder ? I dont know,maybe in low ladder is easier and so we need to have at least 1200 ?

Sorry, you can't get "Close call" unless you give screenshot proof, or I can deduce, that it was on exactly 1 HP e.g. with Focus Sash, Sturdy, Shedinja etc.
