Not the best at teambuilding, but here goes nothing.

Diglett-Alola @ Life Orb
Ability: Tangling Hair
Level: 5
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Sucker Punch
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head

So this is meant to be an all out attacker, this set isn't particularly good compared to Diglett, as it still has below mediocre defenses, and a slower Speed stat and not as good abilities making it less viable. The only good I can see in it is as an all out attacker. Earthquake is it's primary STAB move hitting with decent damage, Sucker Punch to pick off low health opponents, Rock Slide is used for coverage against Flying-, Ice-, Bug-, and Fire-types, such as Vullaby and Cubchoo. Iron Head is it's other STAB move due to it's Steel typing, which actually, in turn for the worse, gave it MORE weaknesses, as only Ground had 3 weaknesses, now Alolan Diglett has 4, and these 4 are actually very common types. In conclusion, Alolan Diglett is not as good as it's counterpart, and it shouldn't really be used in any team as it is mostly outclassed by other Pokemon unless there is a more creative set for this Pokemon. I LOVE THE HAIR THOUGH!
In my opinion, the set is a little bit messed up, knowing that Diglett-Alola's stats are similar to the normal Diglett's. You should run 236 EVs in both Attack and Speed, because those are its maximum EVs on both stats, and 36 EVs in HP, knowing that you can deal more hits (18, because the LO recoil takes 1 HP per attack).

Fomantis @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 62 Atk / 200 SpA / 240 Spe
Mild Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power Fire
- Poison Jab

Ofc not the best grass type in LC but still wins one on one against any grass type.
The set is self explanatory.

Spearow @ Flyinium Z
Level: 5
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 36 HP / 196 Atk / 36 Def / 28 SpD / 196 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drill Run
- Drill Peck
- Tailwind
- Frustration

Z-Tailwind increases your speed by 2 stages as well as crit ratio becomes +2.
Sniper makes the hit even more powerful when you land a critical hit.
196 Spe outspeeds recycle magnemite and other rock types and pawniard.
Drill peck is only used when you don't need tailwind anymore and if you need a better damage in one turn then drill pick can be used.
Frustration is used just to fillup the last slot.

Ok seems like a joke but it is the best current set for my boy at this moment in time so let him live.

Wailmer @ Normalium Z
Ability: Water Veil
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Atk / 76 Def / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Splash
- Zen Headbutt
- Waterfall
- Earthquake

With Hazards and Webs up, this set is ok. Not the best but obviously with that support you're going somewhere. At +3 Wailmer manages to punch holes in teams. Zen, EQ, and Waterfall give really nice coverage for this nugget to break at +3. Wailmer isn't tanky, but can live a hit or two to get the splash off as well.

Random Calcs:
+3 252 Atk Wailmer Zen Headbutt vs. 124 HP / 160+ Def Eviolite Foongus: 22-28 (88 - 112%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
+3 252 Atk Wailmer Zen Headbutt vs. 0 HP / 156 Def Eviolite Timburr: 22-28 (91.6 - 116.6%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
+3 252 Atk Wailmer Waterfall vs. 116 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Vullaby: 16-21 (64 - 84%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+3 252 Atk Wailmer Waterfall vs. 212 HP / 196+ Def Eviolite Spritzee: 15-18 (55.5 - 66.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+3 252 Atk Wailmer Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 36+ Def Eviolite Munchlax: 19-24 (63.3 - 80%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+3 252 Atk Wailmer Earthquake vs. 116 HP / 156 Def Eviolite Staryu: 14-17 (66.6 - 80.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Overall It's not great, but with webs and rocks support, definitely has potential for a sweep and a fun time. Also Wailmer gets major cuteness points. <3

Yungoos @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 196 Atk / 36 Def / 36 SpD / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch/Pursuit/
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Return

Unlike the other guy that made juice bulky Yungoos, due to its stats, I disagree with that. But opinions are opinions and I respect his. Anyway having adaptability is really nice for Yungoos along with the base 75 attack, however 16 speed is bad. So slap a scarf on it. It doesn't get much coverage but it gets what it needs. EQ is for steels/rocks that resist return, Pursuit/Crunch is for ghosts who are immune to crunch/guarantee getting rid of abra sash, U-turn is if you wanna pivot into say a shell smasher on a good switch in or diglett and trap something and return chunks everything in the tier. And he looks like Donald Trump so you wanna have the best words like he does.
