New tier idea:undermons

Now i know its a bit of a long shot trying to create an entire tier but hear me out.

Undermons will be a tier with only pokemon that have base stat totals of 420 and below. So in other words its a tier for bad pokemon. However there are some restrictions to the tier so their isn't total chaos.

Pokemon ban list:
Wobbuffet reason: You probably know why
Dugtrio reason: You probably know why
kadabra reason: kadabra has insane special attack and speed for the tier
sableye reason: prankster
shedinja reason: wonder guard and the already relatively low stats in the tier
(shedinja may not be banned its you guys who will vote on that.)

Item bans:
eviolite
mega stone(i'm looking at you mawilite!!!)

Ability bans:
shadow tag
pure power
huge power

This is the ban list so far. Make sure to add if you want and give me your opinion about the tier.
