The purpose of this thread is to collect the descriptions of moves (both new and old) as they appear in the game.
This information will be used both on Smogon's website and in a future update to Smogon's simulator.

Transcribe the text exactly as it appears in the game.

Bug

I assume you meant paralyzes?
