Rules / Tips:
• Make sure your ideas don't include extreme buffs such as giving the Pokemon Huge Power or an insanely powerful move and +100 Special Attack. Be reasonable.
• When making changes to a Pokemon, don't focus only on improving what the Pokemon already does. You could make it work differently by changing its moves, ability, typing, and let it do more than it normally does.
• Submit your idea in full — include the item, EVs, nature, and moves — using the PS! importable format for readability.
• Give a description on how the changes you made help the Pokemon and the typing. This project is meant to encourage discussion and sketchy posts don't help with that.
• Don't insult other people for their ideas even if you think it's bad. Let the voting period decide that.
• Editing your idea is allowed as long as it's not during the voting period.
• Do not post the same set as other Pokemon. There's no precedent to this, but it's obvious when someone has blatantly copies another user and changes just the EVs.
Stats can be boosted in 10s and each boost counts as 1 change to prevent broken submissions; however, you may boost stats by up to 30 if you do not change anything else.
• Do NOT copy any sets from the previous thread. You will be punished.
• You can only post one submission per Pokemon; you can post a total of three submissions, though (one for each Pokemon on the slate).
Bold or make apparent the changes you make to the Pokemon on the set(example).
• You can only make a maximum of 3 changes to a Pokemon. Each new move counts as one move, as does a new ability and a new typing.
• Have fun!

+30 Special Attack

Stats: 60/85/50/125/85/110
Raichu-Alola @ Life Orb / Choice Specs
Ability: Surge Surfer
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic / Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Grass Knot / Hidden Power Ice / Surf
This is a pretty simple change, granting Alolan Raichu a much much better Special Attack stat to work with. When holding a Choice Specs, Alolan Raichu can pick up a few notable KOs/2HKOs for Electric teams, as seen here:
252+ SpA Choice Specs Raichu-Alola Psyshock vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Volcarona: 295-348 (94.8 - 111.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

252+ SpA Choice Specs Raichu-Alola Psychic vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Charizard-Mega-X: 268-316 (90.2 - 106.3%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO

252+ SpA Choice Specs Raichu-Alola Thunderbolt vs. 248 HP / 248+ SpD Assault Vest Muk-Alola in Electric Terrain: 171-202 (41.4 - 48.9%) -- 78.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

252+ SpA Choice Specs Raichu-Alola Psyshock vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 277-327 (39.4 - 46.5%) -- 30.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

These calcs wouldn't normally be possible with Life Orb, but it's still a notable item choice thanks to being able to switch up between moves, especially in the Ground matchup.

Part Steel typing + Adaptability + Earthquake

Typing: Rock / Steel
Lycanroc @ Choice Band / Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Accelerock
- Fire Fang
- Earthquake

Pretty much the only reason for its Steel typing was to allow it to be used on Steel, which greatly appreciates having an extra wincon in the Fire matchup, being able to revenge kill quite a number of threats on Fire when paired up with Adaptability. it also additionally does some heavy damage against Flying and Poison, which Steel tends to struggle breaking through. I basically placed Earthquake on there simply because of it being amazing coverage that Lycanroc lacked. Here are some calcs:
Fire

252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Accelerock vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Victini: 272-320 (79.7 - 93.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

252 Atk Life Orb Adaptability Lycanroc Accelerock vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Volcarona: 593-707 (190.6 - 227.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Accelerock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Charizard-Mega-X: 244-288 (82.1 - 96.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 314-370 (97.2 - 114.5%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO

Flying

252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 224 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 170-202 (51.9 - 61.7%) -- 96.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Zapdos: 676-796 (176 - 207.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 240 Def Mantine: 600-708 (160.4 - 189.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Celesteela: 320-378 (80.4 - 94.9%) -- 50% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Poison

252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 176-208 (57.8 - 68.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery

252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 212+ Def Venusaur-Mega: 212-250 (58.2 - 68.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Accelerock vs. 248 HP / 164 Def Crobat: 264-312 (70.7 - 83.6%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

For Rock teams, it isn't really a significant asset. At the very least it takes neutral from Mega Scizor's Bullet Punch and can KO back with a Banded Fire Fang after rocks, as well as revenge kill Belly Drum Azumarill once screens are down:

252+ Atk Choice Band Lycanroc Fire Fang vs. 248 HP / 48 Def Scizor-Mega: 312-368 (90.9 - 107.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Lycanroc Accelerock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 158-188 (46.3 - 55.1%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO

Part Steel typing + Flash Cannon + 10 Special Defense

Stats: 78/60/85/135/101/36
Typing: Steel / Dragon
Drampa @ Leftovers
Ability: Berserk
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flash Cannon
- Calm Mind
- Roost
- Flamethrower

This makes pretty much no sense thematically but at this point it hardly matters. These changes can grant Dragon teams a possible wincon against Fairy once Tapu Bulu and Azumarill have been removed. After a single Calm Mind(which it has no problems getting up against Clefable or Klefki), Mega Diancie is unable to 2HKO it with Earth Power. It also additionally does well as a switch in to some threats on Ice such as Alolan Ninetales and Specs Lapras. I went with a more specially defensive set since it would have a hard time getting set up against a few notable physical attackers either way. Here are a few calcs:

252 SpA Life Orb Tapu Koko Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Drampa in Electric Terrain: 83-99 (23 - 27.5%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Diancie-Mega Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Drampa: 164-194 (45.5 - 53.8%) -- 3.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Drampa: 70-84 (19.4 - 23.3%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Ninetales-Alola Blizzard vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Drampa: 93-111 (25.8 - 30.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after hail damage and Leftovers recovery

252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Drampa: 102-120 (28.3 - 33.3%) -- 91.4% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

For Steel, all it really does is give it an extra Fire switch in with some reliable sustain. I suppose it could also make use of Drampa's insane coverage to possibly run a BoltBeam set, but even then it still won't benefit much from it.

+ Contrary + Sludge Wave

Drampa @ Choice Specs / Life Orb / Assault Vest
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Wave
- Fire Blast
- Extrasensory

Ok, I'll admit it... This does seem like an "extreme buff" (Draco Meteor, Contrary), but coupled with Drampa's low 36 Speed and the fact that Fairies are immune to Draco Meteor. Trick Room for Dragon is not an option (Are you going to use *giggle* Exeggutor-Alola?!), but Trick Room for Normal is still totally an option (Audino, Oranguru, the Porygons). This set could encourage the use of Trick Room Normal. I also gave it Sludge Wave for extra coverage, without the large Poison chance of Sludge Bomb.

Lorewise, Contrary would work because according to its Dex entry, it has a compassionate personality, but can completely destroy its surroundings when angered. If that's not "contrary", then I don't know what is!

+ 20 Atk + Seed Bomb

Raichu-Alola @ Life Orb
Stats: 60 / 105 / 50 / 95 / 85 / 110
Ability: Surge Surfer
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Wild Charge
- Seed Bomb
- Knock Off / Extreme Speed

Whelp... Smub took the obvious choice, so it's time to do something completely different. This Raichu-Alola becomes the other Monotype-Electric physical attacker (along side Golem-Alola and Tapu Koko). Raichu-Alola's notable niche would be that it can hit Water/Ground types with Seed Bomb, has a higher Speed in Surge Surfer, and has access to Fake Out to break Sashes.

Honestly, I don't think Raichu-Alola needs any buffs. If you've ever played Monotype-Electric, you would know Raichu-Alola is a freaking beast already, able to outpseed and KO many threats.

Lorewise, Raichu is a rat. Rats eat seeds. I bet Raichu already has a couple of seeds in its mouth just waiting to be spat out.

+ Arena Trap, + Earthquake, + Ice Fang

Lycanroc @ Life Orb
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

Simple. It's a trapper with EdgeQuake and Ice Fang to hit Grass/Ground. Must I say more?

Lorewise, it should be able to learn Ice Fang, because it's a wolf, which are known for fanging biting. Also, most Rock types know Earthquake, so it's seems fitting for Lycanroc to have Earthquake too.

+Adaptability +Volt Switch +10 SpA

Drampa @ Choice Specs
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Ice Beam
- Volt Switch

Adaptability makes Drampa hit like a truck with Draco Meteor, Volt Switch allows Drampa to support its teammates with slow volt switch and to pick up momentum and get into a favorable matchup. +10 SpA makes this thing even harder to wall.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Adaptability Drampa Draco Meteor vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 320-378 (45.5 - 53.7%) -- 41% chance to 2HKO
the calc above is not relevant to doing damage to chansey but showing you how much of a nuke it is

Fine llama

Stats: 60/85/50/115/85/110
Raichu-Alola @ Life Orb
Ability: Surge Surfer
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast/Grass knot

Giving Raichu the fated BoltBeam coverage makes it incredibly difficult to switch into, as the only pokes that resists both that are anywhere close to being viable are Magnezone and Mamoswine who gets a pseudo-resist. This allows Raichu to deal with some threats to electric such as gravity Lando-I, Gliscor and Zapdos. Grass knot allows you to hit Water+ground types who take pitiful damage from the other moves and are generally good counters to Mono Electric teams, while focus blast allows Raichu to hit the aforementioned Magnezone and Mamoswine.

252 SpA Life Orb Raichu-Alola Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 132+ SpD Zapdos: 205-242 (53.3 - 63%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Life Orb Raichu-Alola Ice Beam vs. 244 HP / 196 SpD Gliscor: 411-489 (116.7 - 138.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Raichu-Alola Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Hydreigon: 255-302 (78.4 - 92.9%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Life Orb Raichu-Alola Ice Beam vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp-Mega: 494-582 (137.9 - 162.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

awesome gaming

Golurk
Golurk @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
Base Stats: 99/124/80/55/80/55 (493)
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Atk / 168 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Filler

With the introduction of Marowak-Alola, Golurk lost its niche as a Rocks lead for Ghost teams. This aims to fix that by giving it a host of new tools. Mold Breaker with the given EV spread allows it to reliably set up Rocks vs Mega Diancie, which it can survive two max SpA Moonblasts from. Rapid Spin allows it to beat Deoxys-Speed while keeping it from getting hazards up.

Registeel @ Leftovers
Ability: Heatproof
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Stealth Rock
- Recover
- Earthquake

With Heatproof, Registeel can handle Fire types on teams aside from Fire, including Heatran, Blacephalon, Victini and others, and can do so consistently with the assistance of Recover.

may submit something for espeon later, but for now this is what i got

Golurk
Fighting/Ghost
Stats (89/124/80/55/80/55) unchanged
Golurk @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Superpower
- Spectral Thief
- Earthquake / Ice Punch / Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

With the Fighting/Ghost typing golurk has unresisted stabs and it can break down porygon2 in 2 hits with superpower. The best part of the set is that it is basically a ghost alakazam as with magic guard and sash nothing besides multi hitting moves are taking it down with out stealth rocks getting up or just straight up killing the threat. Spectral Thief stops set up sweepers in their tracks by stealing the stats. It checks basically helpful dealing with belly drum azumarill, Mega Diancie with rocks up, Mega Sharpedo (allowing mimikyu's disguise being saved for later potentially it sweeping dark)
